Excellent platform the best in UAE period. I have been using it for my long term investment goals and my family has joined me in the journey. Some improvements when it comes to their sarwa trade product as it has relatively higher trading fee compared to international brokers. But in UAE it is one of the best rates as banks charge custody fees and etc that eats into the investments.

This company is fraudulent. They sent me a signed offer letter confirming that I was hired, then informed me that I needed to obtain a CCXP certificate in order to start the job.
After I paid USD 100 for the certificate, they completely stopped responding. I never received any follow-up email, and none of my messages were answered.
This experience was misleading, unprofessional, and a waste of money.
I strongly advise others to be very careful when dealing with this company. I had all emails from sarwa with this logo and signed from Miss. ELIZABETH DONAGHY chief operation office, and an offer letter from SARWA with the same logo so plz don’t say you don’t have an application because I have all the proofs.

i was with this platform for last two years ( better to say stuck with them due my open trade position) in the beginning they have been calling me every day for 2-3 times to start a trading with them, its free of charge, when ive opened account, ive been realised very low knowledge of trading at all, yesterday ive opened limit order for crypto, the price was even low than the limit and it was not executed, ive asked the customer service ( also very poor customer service, dont know anything) they told ,me that there 1,5% commission and thats why it was not executed, what kind of commission and why it was not mentioned in the platform before to place the order, and more concern tomorrow they will say 10% or 50% commission. This platform has got fined from Abu Dhabi regulator.

so sarwa has a SAVE and TRADE account. So you can keep money in the SAVE account with a not terrible 4.5% rate of interest.
If you need to trade, you need to shift money from the SAVE to the TRADE.
Problem is it can take 2 to 4 days to happen!? Bizzarre. Like they're at 2 different banks? WTF?
The whole point of having a cash account is to get a little interest on the odds and sods left over from trading. Since it is impossible to capitalise on market movements without readily available cash, it defeats the whole purpose of an interest bearing cash account.
So I cancelled and went to IBKR.

I had very bad experience with sarwa
1. They don't have knowledgeable workforce to answer the miscalculation happend in my trading account, from last 3 week they are unable to provide realize profit from one bitcoin sell trade.
2. The statement which they provide it's completely rubbish and useless, nowdays even small broker guesses better statement
3. Don't fall for small broker, they manage customers money through so call unique avg buy and sell calculations
4. I believe it is shell company having no actual trade on real share market.

Would recommend go to any trusted broker except sarwa

Very bad support, my account has been under verification for more than 10 days without clear communication and Whatsapp agent that keeps on lying

Simple to use, great for beginners, even easier for UAE residents. Sarwa Help team is kind and efficient when you get to connect with them.
However, I raised a security question on a Sunday night and here I am on the day after at 4PM, after 2 reminders plus connecting over whatsapp as well as email, and still no answer from the Help team. What a shame.

One of the worst app that this guys have.
Secondly one of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I don't recommend this app to anyone.

What I hate is that they don't have web based trading. The app needs lot of improvement, it's too basic. The advantage for UAE people is that there are no conversion/deposit/withdrawal fees and I hope this remains the same in the future.
