Excellent service. The item I wanted as a Christmas present for a friend was out of stock . I contacted the company by email and they were really helpful, they reordered stock and made sure I had the item in time . A big thank you to Clare at Sassy Spirit for her help .

Lovely item at a good price
Item is lovely , was a good price, well wrapped. Communication and updates were very good and the item was delivered quickly. The only thing that stops be giving it 5 star is if you didn’t like it you can only get a credit note not a refund so it made me less reluctant to order
