A SCAM: Claims to sell devices they are not authorized to sell and have never purchased from the real manufacturer

I am an employee of a medical device manufacturer and this fraudulent site has our devices listed. They are not authorized distibutors and have never purchased our devices. We were made aware of them by a prospective customer and we were also contacted by someone that was a victim of their scam.
It seems tempting as they offer the device for abot half the cost but after they get your card infoyou don't hear back or get your device.
We have attempted to report them but it's off shore and we are US based and we have no way of getting them taken down or having them remove our device and the content they stole from our website.

Total scam

Total scam, call the number or look up the address and see for yourself!

Follow up: They claim to be legit, but I don't believe it. I called the number listed and it was a personal cell phone of someone who told me that the whole company was a scam. I would not give them any banking information.

I talked with the orginal owner of this…

I talked with the orginal owner of this site and he abandoned it years ago. He has tried to get google to take the site down and is very frustrated. A group of scammers has picked up the abandoned site and does not have any equipment for sale and they take your money and do not ship anything. This company is now a fraud site. How can it be taken down and the new owners punished?

this is a scam

this is a scam
I bought instruments in october 2023 that were supposed to be deliverred in 15 to 25 days. Now 100 days later no delivery and the tracking goes cold in Dubai
It is no fun admitting to have fallen for a scam but be warned this is fraudulent

This is written Feb 12 th 2025 and the goods still haven't arrived. I tried complaining to the supposed company, without any response. Please be warned this is fraudulent, don't let false reviews fool you
STAY AWAY !

Saturnoptical is Fraudulent site!
The site is fake and does not exist on the ground, and it is not possible to communicate on the phone numbers or emails listed on the site. Above all, I personally went to the address listed on the site and did not find that it exists (Sim Lim Square, Rochor Canal Rd, Singapore 188504).
