I got a different item from the one I ordered. I have to pay for the shipping to send it back. They won't refund me for the gift box for the necklace and they won't replace it for the one I ordered. One of the most well deserved 1 star reviews I've ever given.

Most of the items I received (that I thankfully purchased on sale) looked like they would be a throwaway prize from a gumball machine. I would actually be embarrassed to wear them in public. The lighting of the ads is extremely deceptive and the pieces are made in India and I can’t imagine cost more than a couple of dollars to manufacture. First order of hundreds of dollars and I will never be back again.

I love my Charm necklace. I even had the chain break and they replaced it free of charge. Customer service is great.

Ordered a necklace. It did not appear to be very well made. They advise their jewelry as gift-worthy, but charge extra for a box!
Save yourself some disappointment and shop elsewhere.

This company does not honor discount codes posted on their site, cancellation policies nor do they incorporate employee communication into their process. Horrible customer experience, poor quality of items. Anything that is coated should not be around the $100 mark. If they want to do business in US they need to remove poor business practices. I spent way too much time trying to communicate with their customer service to get a refund.

Do not waste your time with this company. First purchase, a necklace broke and first they refused to send the replacement. Then they refused to color match the stone to be the same as the first.

Second purchase never arrived, but says delivered. The package is insured, so they could submit as post office claim and resend me the package… but they want me to do it, and they asked me to file a police report. It was about $100 purchase - and a gift.

Nice jewelry. I love the meaning. I do wish they had nicer packaging. I didn’t realize it didn’t come with a jewelry box.

Wouldn’t even give a full star for the quality of the items I’ve bought from them! They’re terrible, break easily and quality is superbly cheap for the price they sell them for!

I bought four or five diff. pieces jewelry for 180 $ on sale at black friday
I think all of it looks very cheap , the crystals, gems and gold are very dull and brassy looking.., beware their marketing is great and their photographer is very talented as none of what i got resembles the pictures …i ‘m sure they must photoshop the living hell out of it to make their pieces look pretty. Also my sister picked out two necklaces she really wanted for christmas and i was super dissapointed too see their wrapping. Normally when i purchase jewelry i receive them in boxes / cases with like the companys name on it, but instead they were in coke sized plastic bags, im embarrased about gifting them like this and will have to buy some pretty cases for them on amazon. ..so again nothing extravagant about it and honestly judy save the money bc u can get so much better quality jewelry outhere for the same kind of money , im actually feeling very deceived and bothered by their total lack of proffesionalism and im sure this business ( scam) model won’t last long. Don’t buy from here.

Their customer service is outstanding – they really go the extra mile to assist you. And when it comes to gifting, their jewelry is a game-changer. It's beautifully crafted and makes for the perfect gift that'll leave a lasting impression. Highly recommend!

I have been purchasing from this small business for over 10 years and I get so many compliments on their jewelry. I have also bought several gifts and have turned my friends and family to their website. I had a problem with one of my items, and customer service was able to resolve for me in a timely manner considering they are a small company.

I ordered a necklace for $119 and just now as the same exact necklace on Amazon for $18.99. I have not received it yet but will send back.

Customer service is non-existent. Do not buy anything from this company, because if you need to make an exchange they have made it IMPOSSIBLE to do so. Stay away.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Apparently this company may have been better in the past but now their quality is seriously lacking and their customer service nonexistent. I am VERY disappointed for wasting my money…

i ordered a gift for a friend and bought myself one too.
it was from the sale. my bracelet turned a nasty color and lost a stone in the first 2 weeks.
Satya customer servvice basically siad "too bad, you bought it on sale".
i have bought many, many things over the years from Satya, and was shocked at this dismissive attitude.

Last summer I bought a necklace from satya that looked great in their photo but was a piece of trash when I got it. It was like something from forever 21, worse actually. It was very expensive too. They are definitely using some kind of trick photography &/or photoshop. I was told they don’t do returns only exchanges. Ok. I live literally on the next block from their nyc office but they insisted on me paying to mail the item back. So I did. Then I had to order something else & pay for shipping again. I ended up essentially paying $60 for a pair of stud earrings they charge $36 for & really should only be $20. They are a quarter of the size advertised & the backs fall off constantly so I don’t wear them. The rest of my credit is useless to me because I’d have to spend more money to get anything & I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I may as well have poured $120 down the toilette. To top it off their customer “service” is hostile at best. Avoid this scam company at all costs!

I ordered 2 bracelets the end of Nov.
Advertised as "Sounds of Joy"
They are not bells as advertised but little gold balls. No Sounds of Joy.
Not even a Clink of Joy.
I emailed them immediately and was told of their return policy and that I would pay delivery. No label was ever received even after another request. So. Do not buy from this company. Be careful if you do as their merchandise is falsely advertised AND they don't follow through on complaints.

The jewelry that I own from Satya Jewelry is long lasting and lovely. But recently bought several items and wanted to exchange or return one and customer service was non-existent and very frustrating experience. I will find another company that appreciates my business.

I have spent a small fortune on Satya Jewelry pieces only to be highly disappointed. Most of my jewelry pieces are severely tarnished and discolored or broken. You’d think that paying such exorbitant amounts of money would afford you high quality pieces but that’s not the case. I have jewelry from Lucky Brand that has lasted longer and better than Satya Jewelry. Don’t waste your time or money on Satya Jewelry-not worth the dissatisfaction.

Beautiful intentional jewellery with excellent customer service! I had some issues with a pair of earrings and they were extremely generous and helpful. Would order any time again!
