Very helpful regarding a sauna service issue. I appreciated that they followed up and returned my call when they said they would -- and that they researched to make sure I got the correct parts I needed for my equipment.

John was very knowledgeable about the products and helpful in placing the order.

Still have yet to get the sauna but the customer service and communication have been great!

I worked closely with John the sales manager at NordicaSauna and he was really helpful and worked with vendors to get our delivery on the perfect date.

** Update - It took a bit to work through the issue, but Nordica sent a replacement that arrived in the right condition. Harvia attempted to have me keep the unit and test it first. After speaking to our Sauna builder and electrician, this would be at our cost and if it didn't work, I'm out of pocket for this test plus installation. Add-in the lost time we'd experience eventually getting a replacement after arranging a test or dealing with a service repair, that's an expensive risk on our part. Nordica agreed and ensured we could get a replacement. Thanks to the team supporting us when FedEx was responsible (they also dropped it on our porch without signature too). **

This hasn't been a great start. The heater arrived damaged. I took pictures of the damaged box FedEx left on our porch plus damage to the unit after opening and immediately notified Nordica Sauna. Their response is they are waiting on a response from the team on how to handle. This should be simple, send a replacement that isn't damaged. What differentiates good companies is how they respond to issues.

Nordica called shortly after I order an infrared sauna online. It's backorderd ( which was clearly stated online). Jessica just wanted to be sure that I knew it was 3 months out. Thought that was great customer service. Also assured me if it arrives early it will ship early .

Great customer service. Krizza did an excellent job answering my question. She was prompt, followed up quickly and resolved my issue.

Great product, easy setup and works well.

The sauna was delivered on schedule and installation took several hours. I have enjoyed multiple sessions using the sauna this far. It takes 60 minutes to get to 125 and 90 to reach 140. The Bluetooth is great for music. I'm loving it so far!

I worked with a customer service representative named Matthew. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite.

Krizza was great at keeping us informed on our delivery time and answering any questions we had while we wait for our sauna. Delivery is expected to be this week and cant wait to use it.

In contacting Nordic Sauna I was referred to John Adams. I cannot thank him enough for the time, effort and patience he had. He was there through several choice changes and was amazing in answering all of my questions. I will not hesitate to refer everyone I know to John.

Eric was very prompt in addressing my needs, and kindly answered any questions I had. I ended up changing my mind about which sauna I wanted, and he was able to cancel my prior order to process my new one in a matter of minutes.

The staff at Nautica is extremely responsive and helpful. Can’t wait for our unit to arrive!

Delivery is when they said it would be, so easy to put together, (follow directions makes life easier ;-) ) . We have been using it since we got it put together, hubby had to make 1 message to fix what he hooked up backwards. I can't believe how much better I feel! Wish I had known how great an infrared sauna would improve my health!! Finnmark is the best, love, love, love it!!

Ordered a Sauna through Nordica Sauna and cannot be more impressed with their customer service and support through the entire process! We had some issues with the sauna delivery not being able to make it to our house due to a recent heavy snowfall but Krizza our customer support rep was top notch with their communication and ultimately resolving our delivery issues. They were also able to send a replacement part for a piece of the kit that was damaged along the way and also get us in contact with an installation professional to answer additional questions not covered in the installation kit instructions. Nordica Sauna goes above and beyond and would highly recommend ordering a sauna kit through them, they have your back!
