SaveGadget.com LLC Reviews

They communicated with me on my trade-in. I didn’t realize the phone I was trading in had not been paid off. I was able to pay off the phone and get a higher sale value from them.

They surprisingly offered me more than I excepted, which is truly kind and ethical in my book.

They gave a true valuation of my iPhone and paid me exactly what they promised.

Was initially hesitant, But i see some positive reviews here and give them a try.

Honest, with great communication and clear expectations. payments are fast. I'll definitely do business with them again. While I wish they accepted Galaxy watches, that's not a knock on their business. Overall, a great company to deal with.

I was initially skeptical about sending my phone to SAveGadget, Having been scammed before. However, their process was straightforward. They asked a few questions abut the phone, provided a quick estimate, and sent a shipping label. Within a day of receiving my phone, I had the initial estimate in my Venmo account. SaveGadget proved to be trustworthy and reliable, earning my 5-star rating.

They claimed a few things wrong with the phone firstly they claimed it was a locked phone to T Mobile which it wasn’t and that there were scratches which there wasn’t the phone was bought new November and barely used!!! If your selling your phone do NOT use them!!!

They provide a shipping label, ensure fast turnaround and payment, and their prices beat those on eBay without the added fees.

Working With SaveGadget was fantastic. Their communication was excellent throughout the process and I felt informed every step of the way When it's time to trade in another phone, I know exactly where to go.

Will use again.

I sent a red iPhone 13 128gb that was received yesterday for evaluation. It was evaluated to value $130 from a $320 quote. They said my phone was still being financed which it isn’t and that it has scratches which it didn’t when I sent it in. I turned down that offer and haven’t heard back from anyone yet. Imei was clean it had been paid off for months.
