My experience with SAVIOR HEAT has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I earned $183.19 in affiliate commission, which has been marked as “pending” for over 4+ months without payment. After multiple follow-ups, they responded once with a generic excuse about a “promotional season” causing delays and requested my PayPal details again. They even promised a payout date around December 15th.

That date has long passed, and I still have not received any payment.

This is unacceptable for any affiliate program. Holding commissions for months while repeatedly delaying payouts destroys trust and shows a lack of professionalism. If a company cannot process affiliate earnings on time, it should not be running a public affiliate program at all.

At this point, it feels like repeated stalling tactics rather than a genuine delay.

Bottom line: SAVIOR HEAT has withheld my $183.19 commission for over 4 months with no resolution. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before investing time and effort into their affiliate program.

VERRY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered gloves Dec 10 2025 gloves were not delivered to me. After having to send Ring proof and a letter from USPS of no delivery. I was advised gloves no longer available. Would issue refund might take a few days, that was February 2026. Today April 2026 contacted PayPal to assist in getting refund. Might Want To Get Your Gloves Elsewhere.

this company has the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. I ordered heated gloves and heated socks on 12/10/25 with a quoted delivery date of 7-10 days. here it is 3/26/26 and I have not received my order after countless emails back and forth with them. they keep telling me they are waiting on tracking information from the shipping company. they finally told me on 3/12/26 they had arranged compensation processing for my order so I checked with them today and their response is your refund is currently being reviewed by our internal team!
these people are a joke and won't be in business long!

Recieved some heated gloves for Xmas, excited and used them for 14 days in Canada. They worked well. But the material on the thumbs all rubbed off within a few days. Saviour said " wear and tear".. so the product is poor, don't waste your money

This is the worst company I have ever bought a product from. They should not be allowed anywhere on the Internet. I can’t believe they got high ratings from some of the places I looked them up on.
Their customer service was so bad. It took like a month before I got any kind of an answer, then they asked me to do all this stuff which I did then I sent them an email with pictures and then they claimed that I had to do something else and I had this all documented and I somehow have deleted all my old email so I thought I was just going to post it all here but just let it be known that I was supposed to get some kind of a refund and instead, I had to pay another $30 to mail the darn mittens back to them so I ended up spending over $100 and I got nothing at all! No response, no refund, no nothing! Don’t buy anything from this company!

Do not buy from them. This is my last email to them.
I am beyond disappointed with the way this matter has been handled.

For more than two months, this issue has remained unresolved despite over 50 emails exchanged. At every stage, I have made a clear and reasonable effort to resolve the situation in good faith. In return, I have experienced repeated delays, lack of accountability, and no meaningful action toward a solution.

The level of service demonstrated is completely unacceptable. A company that values its customers does not allow a straightforward matter to drag on for months without resolution. The time, energy, and patience I have invested into trying to correct this situation should not have been necessary.

Your continued inaction has left me with no confidence that you are genuinely interested in making this right. At this point, I am documenting the entire correspondence and will be sharing an honest and detailed account of this experience through appropriate public review platforms and consumer channels.

Ordered slippers that were not as described, shipped way later than expected, AND now I’ve waited 2 months with countless emails trying to get my refund!! Also, had to return at my cost!!

This was the worst customer service I have experienced in a decade. I had ordered size S in December, they sent XXXL. It took 2 months and dozens of emails for them to agree to send me another pair, which again (!!) was XXXL. The incompetence is just mind boggling. It took another month of slow email communications for them to finally offer a lousy 30% discount.
Just a terrible company.

The heated socks and gloves are now part of my daily winter wardrobe. The heat settings are intuitive, and the thermal insulation works even when the heating is off. Shipping was reliable — received everything within a few days.

I was skeptical at first, but these heated clothes are amazing. The jacket’s heat zones are strategically placed around the core and back, and it feels like wearing a portable heater. The customer service team was friendly and helped me choose the best size. Shipping was on time and communication was excellent.

I placed an order for heated gloves but never received an order confirmation by email or text. After weeks of chasing support, the item eventually arrived, however due to the lack of communication I had already ordered the product elsewhere.

When I contacted Savior Heat to arrange a return, responses were extremely slow, inconsistent, and often contradictory. At one point, cancellation and refund were acknowledged due to their delays, only for this to later be withdrawn with a different explanation.

I have spent weeks trying to resolve a simple return and refund, providing all requested information multiple times. The situation escalated unnecessarily due to poor communication and delayed responses from their support team.

The product itself may be fine, but the customer service experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend improving response times and clarity in handling customer issues.

The heated gloves and socks I purchased from SAVIOR HEAT have been a game changer for my winter bike commutes. The materials feel premium and well-made. The gloves’ heating zone covers every finger, and the socks keep my feet warm through freezing mornings. Shipping was prompt and tracking was accurate. I’ll definitely buy more gear from them!

I used to love hand warmers when I was hunting, but these gloves have completely changed my routine. Spending hours in the mountains before sunrise in -20°C temperatures would leave my fingers numb. While these gloves struggled to keep my fingers warm at those temperatures, especially after I stopped moving, they did the job and prevented my fingers from getting completely frozen. I'm so grateful for these gloves. Incidentally, the batteries lasted over three hours at -20°C with the heating turned on.

Great heated gloves. I initially thought they were a bit pricey, but after seeing them on sale, I returned two other brands because their heating was at best lukewarm. These gloves are very warm, and the battery life is excellent. They didn’t disappoint – definitely worth it!
