important msg talking about familly experience any one how want to work with this company have to double think .sign contact for citizen and passport service it said it will be for 8 month max we end up for 15 month and in end they created another invoice after paying all the fees said that the passport fees increas after vérification with dominica embassy nothink changed .once the passort arrived it was you have to paye to take it .really shame shame and thier big problem its the communication and they didnt notified any think related to the application always we have to ask and ask some time the answer come 2 days or 3 after .if you will work with be ready well your contract and expect anythink and be ready to paye more and more .because of the situation we diceded to dont contenue 2 other application after just sign in the contact .i dont recommande it att all for the citizen service
