Exxcellent service, for saxophone repair following accident damage at home. Repairs /servicing section always helpful and very efficient. Equally so the staff at the sales end.

Excellent experience!
Tested a few soprano saxophones at the London shop, very nice experience. The testing rooms are very comfortable and you can take your time and have a go with selected sax models. Staff very kind and keen to help on any aspect. After a few days I ordered the saxophone and the item arrived quickly and perfectly packed.
Fully satisfied and highly recommended seller.

I recently ordered a Rampone & Cazzani Two Voices Soprano Saxophone from sax.co.uk. Despite the fact that the order took some time due to the fact that it was out of stock and had to be back ordered, sax.co.uk, and particularly Jules there, was always very on top of things and promptly replied when I had any questions. The horn was packaged and mailed to the U.S. very securely, and it plays great. I cannot recommend sax.co.uk enough. They did a great job through the whole online purchase experience.

I Purchased P Mauriat tenor saxophone…
I Purchased P Mauriat tenor saxophone online from sax.co.uk. According to their description of the instrument it was new but with a little dark spot on the silver so I paid for it and I bought it. When I receive the saxophone I realized it wasn’t new. I had to change one pad because it was rotten and old.I received physically broken instrument because they sent me the wrong saxophone case made from China. I got the email from sax.co.uk saying that it was original case so they lied to me again. Finally they sent me some money to fix the instrument and sent me correct saxophone case. In my personal opinion the companies don’t lie to the customers. I think will be better choice to buy instrument from the other companies and my recommendation do not purchase anything from sax.co.uk. When I tried to login to my account it’s Not exist. The big question why?

Many thanks for your feedback. Are you referring to the saxophone you bought from us in back in 2016 that was listed as being on Special Offer? If so, then frankly five years seems a ridiculously long time to wait before contacting us to address problems!
The separate email you sent us yesterday that claimed you wished to "spread the news to protect the other people to buy any instruments from this store" is incredibly unfair considering the amount of time that has passed since the original sale. If there was a genuine fault with the instrument then clearly we sought to recompense you for this, as you stated in your review. Was this not to your satisfaction?
Since then we have assisted you with many enquiries on other tenor saxophones. We have also logged numerous conversations via email with you that bear no reference to a complaint with the Mauriat you purchased from us five years ago until just now - could you not have contacted us sooner if you'd not been happy with how this was handled?
As for your account not existing- as your one transaction with us was five yeares ago and we have subsequently updated our website all dormant accounts were wiped from our database

I am new to sax and live too far away…
I am new to sax and live too far away from a shop to visit. Saw the web page and viewed their videos. I made a phone call to Jamie who helped sort any questions. I chose a Yanagisawa TW02 and a few needed accessories, paid online and received it very promptly. It seems to be a great choice.
Communication, suitable personal attention, and promt accurate service made it a pleasure to make this purchase.
