Easy to order and the products are excellent

Always great products and excellent service.

I just love SBC Body washes, and especially the ones that are soap free.
I also use the Arnica gel , ICE gel, collagen and Propolis gels. I have yet to try the Rosehip gel.

Have always liked sbc products and will continue to do so. It is so easy to order and items received very quickly

order delivered within 2 days of placing it - arrived in good condition, with free gift - which is always gratefully received. Lovely products - perfect for m sensitive skin.

I placed an order using a promotional code, it worked fine and deducted the discount off my order total and displayed the lower price to pay at checkout, i then entered my card details and paid, but upon receipt of my order confirmation email, I had been charged the higher amount before discount. I contacted customer service whom advised me I could not use the discount code because items were already on offer, what they didn't seem to understand is my concern is that it should have stated this at checkout and not afterwards, the code should have stated invalid if that was the case and not give me a false total amount to pay at checkout and then charge me the higher total after my card details had gone through. Apart from that delivery was on time and products seem ok.

First time customer, no email confirmation, no paperwork, had to chase order, then 1 of my paid items was missing so had to phone and re chase, no apology.

I was delighted to receive a free product, along with really good quality products of my choice. The samples sent are always of a generous size and this encourages me to buy more and more from SBC.
I purchased the hyaluronic acid toner spray which is just a joy to use. It moisturises my skin, cools it and smells fabulous. Such a good sized bottle too for the price. The sensitive cotton fragranced bubble bath is luxurious and does not cause my skin to itch. Again, a great sized bottle for a very reasonable price.
