I can’t say enough great things about Janitza (Jay) Medina and SBG Funding. Jay made the process easy and stress free. She was never pushy and had clear communication throughout. We talked through different options and I felt like I was working with a knowledgeable friend who truly had my best interest in mind. The customer service rep. was excellent with staying in touch and letting me know how the application was going and what was happening, or what to expect. If there was something that I didn't understand , he took the time to explain and walk me through the process while he stayed on the line with me.
