Alfraz and Soloman managed my case - it was a property sale. All went smoothly - they were both very responsive which is so important in conveyancing (nothing worse than thinking your email has gone into a black hole!). Both professional, and got things completed in a timely manner. I would use again and recommend.

Excellent experience on handling our sale and purchase. Ben spotted a clause in our purchase contract that was unfavourable to us and negotiated its removal. He also had to negotiate covenants with the Earl of Plymouth’s estate, and smoothed that out too. He was very responsive, and we highly recommend him

Great service and I will definitely use them again. I am a First time buyer so wasn’t sure on how everything works. Every time I spoke to Adam or Marie they were more than happy to spend ages on the phone explaining in detail how everything works and always made sure I was happy and understood what was going on before I got off the phone. Always kept in contact to make sure I was up to date with the next stages of purchasing a house and chased the vendors soliciting all the time when needed. They both made me feel like a valued customer. Can’t recommend them enough!
