Please read (only if you’re debating on purchasing or not) I wish I can go back in time and not buy it.

Had stumbled across their discord once again. I just want to take a moment and give credit to the owner of this company for replying to millions of texts of the same problems every hour of the day on his discord. He’d make his life easier by letting people know what they are in for on the buying website. 🤣

Don’t buy this VPN it’s just not worth it in my opinion overall. I had purchased back in MW3 and I can vouch I had maximum 5 games of me actually able to tell it’s working. Their support is not backhanded but I notice they usually try to fight fire with fire in the chat of their discord which I think is a poor way to de-escalate a customers complaints, frustration and problems.

I had talked in their discord about it not being worth it and potentially being a waste of money and of course the Admins or Mods or whatever I guess got sensitive and maybe shedded tears or something and just banned me all because of a complaint. I’m pretty sure their excuse for bans is “foul language” in reality they are just sensitive and don’t want you to tell the truth and other server members seeing it LITERALLY.

I couldn’t even end up refunding anyway because i’m out of the “ refund window” and it’s funny that’s a thing they definitely know what they’re doing. Pretty much if you buy it a good tip is to refund it after 10 days! I can promise you that you will not like the product and if you wait too long they’ll just tell you along the lines of too bad you waited too long. Overall it’s just not worth it. From ! MY ! experience : Product worked less than 10 times, lobbies were damn near harder than the reason I bought it for when the VPN is turned “On” 😂 . “Support” gets mad at you and deletes your messages and bans you in their discord if you complain about their product or just being real about it.

I tried all the nonsense of mixing the servers, geo fence, dns, the things they tell you to soothe your brain thinking it’s only a you problem. But 99% of the time nothing changes. I guess the 1% is the 5 bots thats land on you when the match starts then you’re facing crimson players the rest of the match or once in a blue moon you get super super lucky and win a match with it “ON” not noticing a single difference.

Another thing I noticed is they aren’t straight forward on their website about what you’re actually paying for. You’ll damn near be in the discord everyday looking for help on pc problems and how it affects the app not working OR looking for “good” VPN servers and combos to try. What i’m implying is you won’t be smoothly independent.

I was thinking once I buy i’m all good and ready to go and be independent and have fun with my $60+ product (CAD). Literally I bet for people who buy it after an hour of purchase a problem with the product arises ranging from pc settings needing to be turned off/on or different combos to try in hopes of finding a single non sweaty match. You just won’t be smoothly independent. All who purchased would have saved money & time if they were straight forward of what you’re really in for on their website.

Even the people who are daily users of the VPN and and enjoy the pain the VPN brings & dedicate 10 hours everyday i’m assuming to finding flexible fun warzone matches wouldn’t buy this product if they knew what they were really in for.

IN CONCLUSION from my experience I honestly think warzone casuals (if that’s still in the game or not haven’t played since bo6) is a better investment of time money and effort 😂👌.

I haven’t personally used SBMMOff — and after reading the emails and Discord threads from someone who did pay, I never will. Not now, not ever. This company is a complete joke. If you charge for a service and don’t deliver, you don’t get to act smug or pissed off when someone calls you out for waiting over three damn days on something you promised within 24 hours. That’s not a “delay” — that’s straight-up scamming.

The owner and Discord mod? Clueless, condescending, and completely unprofessional. Their attitude screams, “We don’t care,” and honestly, it shows. The way they speak to paying customers is gross — defensive, disrespectful, and way out of line. I don’t know how this dumpster fire of a company is still running, but after reading every single message and email, I’m disgusted. If I could rate this place negative stars, I would. Avoid at all costs.

Editing to reply to their response- are you dense and is that truly how a company should reply to customer complaints? I NEVER bought this product. Therefor a refund is somewhat impossible. My buddy who bought the product did get a refund because you are a SCAM. You use family affairs as an excuse to not deliver a service people paid for, then maybe just maybe you should hire more employees to take care of the business when you aren’t around. The way you talk to your customers is disgusting, I'm surprised you even have a business to run at this point. You won’t get far with your attitude. Peace out Girl Scout ✌🏼

using this for over 4 years. once you actually follow the instructions it becomes very functionally clear how this works. unfortunately this is necessary to make this game playable. only good things to say to say about
SBMM off.

Worst ever vpn provider there's a catch why it's only 40 odd pound. You do not locate to any location you stay in same lobbies your close too. Vpns don't work that way think about it UK to Australia and your getting 23ms it's a scam worst vpn ever used

$40 for lifetime was a great deal, setup was quick, and the instructions were clear even if you're not super techy. One thing to really keep in mind is that the VPN works for sure but you need to try out all sorts of combinations like the vpn, dns, geofence and most of those would still get you sweaty lobbies so experiment and see what works best for you.

In my case, the lobbies are always insane and I'm sure you all can relate to not wanting to face lv 1000 yying tiktok demons after a long day of work or classes, so even if you don't get entirely bot lobbies, I still like just having an even playing field for my skill level.

Easy to use and offers many options.

Although slightly complicated to use it is good and brought me back to cod again, I actually started enjoying my games again. Dosen't work every lobby though but its good most of the time.

I've been a loyal customer for over a year and have no intentions of leaving any time soon. The performance alone is worth it. Then the support is above and beyond. If you plan on giving it a try, I would also recommend joining their discord. Good luck and buy with confidence!

Been using for multiple years now and can say that when it works oh boy does it work. Not every lobby is going to be a crazy easy lobby but sometimes you can feel the difference.

Bought vpn about a year ago, great experience. Don't expect a bot lobby every time you connect, but with geofencing from europe lobbies are infinitely easier.

Bought way back. Really offensive seller that was talking profane and mean language and afterwards banned me from discord after asking simple questions about setup back in 2023-2024.

Your response is completely detached from reality—you clearly have no idea who you're talking to. I never used offensive or abusive language toward anyone. You simply weren’t willing to offer any support and immediately banned me for asking straightforward questions. Judging by the number of similar negative experiences shared here on Trustpilot, I genuinely feel sorry for you. I hope you eventually find peace and perhaps seek some professional help—because running a business, at least in your current role, clearly isn’t working out.

Is just not worth. I recommend to avoid paying for this kind of stuff because it just doesn't do anything. If you want to avoid SBMM just stop playing COD and spend your time with something else.

Bought the vpn had no trouble installing it but as i clicked login the application just freezes. Tried to get in touch with the owners, got one reply and then nothing, put a post in discord no one tried to help me. Very poor customer service, i’d also say the product is very poor as i’ve not been able to use it so can’t have another opinion. Talked about a refund but no reply so basically been scammed put of £40. Probably a good vpn but if you’re unlucky enough for it not to work you’re on your own. NoLagVPN has seemed much better.

The company calling their customers lazy is beyond me and sure tells you the kind of support you’ll get. I posted numerous times in their discord and the only reply i got was from a fellow customer that also experienced different kind of issues so in my experience this is easily the worst one out there. I spent hours trying to fix the problem that turned out to be on their end but they wasn’t interested and just took my money. Awful company 0/10

having trouble with the server part, seems that im not actually getting into lobbies in these servers just staying in AU servers. GeoFence doesnt work in AU either so bit of a waste there. Would love some guidence to get the full potential out of this for the $75 i paid.

I have been using SBMM OFF for over a week in Black Ops6 .
Before this i was using NoLag VPN but it literally made no difference in bypassing sbmm.
So after a few hours of research online and looking at reviews on reddit and here i decided to go with sbmmOff and YES it made a huge difference . I get matched into non sweaty lobbies , i am able to maintain high kdr (2.17 as of now) and get wins on a trot . This thing works . Get it now .
Oh and ya huge shoutout to the support team on discord. They are awesome

Was getting shredded bo6 for ages at 0.4-0.8kd but was killing it on xdefiant which got me thinking.
I got this VPN and landed a 14kd maxing scorestreaks over and over. Made lobbies for a hour or so feel like regular to hardened bots.
I think for bo6 SBMM learns again and calibrates as after a few matches it got real sweaty, so will collect some data restarting the game etc vpn on and off and write a second review then. Even as a tech professional, no idea how this worked but oh well. If it works it works, even if temporarily.
