Ordered an exhaust through. Authorised dealer was told 5/10 days still waiting been put back another 2 weeks the cost of these exhausts you expect first class Service not a chance with these people disgusting I’d recommend getting a different brand I’ve emailed them not interested shame on them

Ordinato si titanio il martedì sera tardi, arrivato il giovedì. Confezione perfetta con tutto il necessario. Avendo bisogno di una info ho prima compilato il form di contatto e poi chiamato. Risposta telefonica immediata e dopo qualche minuto ho anche ricevuto mail di risposta alla domanda fatta online

Terminale per z900 2025 ordinato tramite concessionario subito dopo le festività natalizie e ancora non è arrivato nulla. Sul loro sito lo danno disponibile in 4 GG lavorativi. Poca serietà,visto che il pagamento lo pretendono anticipato. Sicuramente in futuro mi rivolgerò ad un altro produttore.

Société aux pratiques douteuses. En cas de problème, le service ne fournit que des affirmations mensongères, c'est au client de mener l'enquête et lorsqu'on apporte des preuves incontestables, le service clôt le dossier et ne communique plus. C'est scandaleux. Société malhonnête. A FUIR !!!

J’ai commandé un silencieux pour ma z750 en septembre et nous sommes le 2 décembre et tjrs pas de commande reçu.
J’ai contacté le SAV à 2 reprises et ils me disaient que ma commande serait livrée 2 semaines après mais rien.

J’espère la recevoir un jour !!!!

Au départ, j’ai eu assez peur de commander au vue des avis concernant les délais, mais pas vraiment d’autres choix que de passer par le site officiel. Au final la livraison a été très rapide (4jours ouvrables-commandé en novembre), produit intacte. Seul bémol, une vis fournie avec le pot n’était pas adaptée (trop petite), j’ai dû en prendre une de ma réserve mais rien de grave. Le produit est de qualité.

Terrible costumer care, exhausts are way overpriced and the quality isn’t that great. Some parts get rusty fairly easy. Leo Vinci has better quality products and far cheaper.

Wir hatten erst Bedenken aufgrund der anderen teilweise schlechten Rezensionen hier. Diese wurden in unserem Fall jedoch nicht bestätigt.

Der Auspuff wurde innerhalb des angegeben Zeitraums an uns geliefert und kam sehr gut verpackt bei uns an.
Auch die Qualität ist 1A!

Der Support ist ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend und antwortet sehr schnell!

Jai passé une commande via mon concessionnaire le 12 juillet pour une ligne sc project on est le 3 novembre et tjr aucune nouvelles...et quand on va sur le site ils osent mettre en stock...une enseigne juste bonne a faire du fric...rien a faire du client

sono proprietario di una mv agusta f4 rc, prodotta dal 2017 al 2020, pagata oltre 40k €. Di serie, questo particolare modello, veniva fornito con scarico sc. Weeks ago, I ordered an exhaust from SC Project for my duke 890, which was supposed to be delivered within 5 to 20 business days. As of now, the estimated delivery time has stretched to over 50 business days — and still no delivery. Every time I reach out, I get the same response: “please be patient, we’re doing our best.” Meanwhile, the website continues to display the original delivery estimate, which is simply incorrect.

SC Project has ignored my feedback about the claimed delivery time on the site and refuses to update the information. I still hope the exhaust will arrive eventually, but at the very least: be prepared to wait. Definitely not a premium experience.

Ordered an exhaust start of August and was told 5-20 working days, received no confirmation email after the order so had to chase them up. Was told to expect the exhaust middle of September so I waited and then chased them up again to be told to wait until middle of October and now I have chased them again only to be told middle of November now.

Poor communication, they never email you and you have to constantly email them for updates otherwise they will forget about you. Poor service will never buy or recommend them

Ich habe Anfang Juni bei SC Projects einen Auspuff Bestellt. Lieferzeit 5-20 Werktage.

Wir haben mittlerweile fast Oktober, der Auspuff ist immer noch nicht gekommen und die Saison ist vorbei... Nie wieder im Leben bestelle ich etwas bei dieser Firma.

Ich hatte den falschen Typ bestellt. Es folgte ein Rückruf und durch die kompetente Beratung konnte der richtige Schalldämpfer eruiert werden. Das ist Kundendienst.

Op 19 juli 2025 bestelde ik mijn uitlaat voor Truimph Tiger 800. Dzar werd vermeld dat de productietijd 4 weken (20 werkdagen) is.

Op 28 juli 2025 mailde ik of er al nieuws was. Dit was wat ik als antwoord kreeg:

Dear Karel, thanks for your email

Standard production time could take till 20 working days (4 weeks) as stated on the specific page of the item on our online shop.

We foresee to complete the production by mid-August but rest assured we are doing everything within our possibility to get it completed and shipped to you as soon as possible.

Once ready we'll proceed with immediate shipment sending you the tracking number of the courier via e-mail.

Op 23 augustus stuurde ik opnieuw een mail nadat ik nog niets ontvangen had en kreeg als antwoord:

Dear Karel,

Production for article T06A-H02C normally requires 4 weeks (20 working days) to be completed but due to high number of requests received is planned to be shipped indicatively for middle September.

Rest assured we do our best to complete the production and ship as soon as possible, we apologise for the delay. Every member of the staff is working hard to minimise the waiting time and we want to ensure the maximum efforts in the production.

Once ready and shipped you will be notified via e-mail with relative FedEx tracking number.

We zijn nu 14 september en ik stuurde gisteren een mail. Ik ben benieuwd naar het antwoord of het weer een standaard mail zal zijn dat nog eens met een maand opgeschoven is.

Ik ben hier niet tevreden over. Zijn er hier mensen die al verdere stappen ondernomen hebben?

As a result, the manufacturing deadline for this batch has been rescheduled, and we currently expect to ship your order for middle October. We sincerely regret this information and apologize for this umpteenth delay.

However, we want to assure you that the entire SC-Project team is doing its best to anticipate the delay we just communicated to you.
