Still no sign of my order.
2nd March - Placed my order for delivery, with delivery said to be "on or before 09.03"
27th March - we sent an email, as they still had not arrived.
1st April - We got a response from Scandihandles "We have a production date of Monday 6th April so we can expect to receive these mid next week. Once received by our warehouse we will dispatch using next day delivery"
29th April - Still no delivery, we sent an email that has had no response.
5th May - Still no delivery, we sent an email that has had no response.
11th May - Still no delivery, we sent an email that has had no response.
Very disappointed with this company, appalling customer service with zero communication.
I would like to know where my order is and when it will be delivered as a matter of absolute priority.

I wish I could rate my experience lower than 1 star. It has been absolutely appalling. I have not received my handles and despite multiple emails, I have not heard anything for weeks. I shall be taking them to the Small Claims Court as this is illegal at this point.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review to be honest. I’m not sure if anyone’s ever received items from this company after reading the reviews and really wish I had read them before purchasing! I ordered at the end of march and never recieved any tracking info so when I contacted them last week to ask where my order was, I was told they had been waiting for a shipment to come in, so why I was sold an ‘in stock’ item that wasn’t in stock, I’m not sure. They said it would be with me maybe Friday but more likely Monday, and I should now receive tracking, I still haven’t received tracking or my items and had no response from the company for the past 3 days. Today I got an email saying they haven’t been receiving emails but they will get back to me later today. I have since put through a PayPal complaint, so I am still waiting for my money back. They also have a company called grip handles, which I assume is also a scam, so don’t buy from them either!!

I’m not sure if this company exists. They haven’t shipped any ordered products and haven’t communicated at all. However I did get my money back through PayPal. Don’t buy from them! It was a complete waste of time.

Also in terms of quality,my handles are nice but nothing special had i seen in person i wouldnt have bought and would have been better going with handles from my kitchen provider where I could view first.Customer service in recent weeks has been better but I still wish I never ordered from them in first place

Very poor communication - nil proactive and very slow reactive response citing courier error as reason for delay ( a standard reply from reading other experiences on here) this included promise that this would be resolved within same day or following few days.
No reply to my response email asking for cancellation and refund.
Live chat is a misnomer.
After a couple of weeks I started a PayPal dispute which they again did not respond to.
I escalated to a claim and was refunded within 24 hours.
Avoid.

Terrible experience, bad customer service, scam company
I really don't write reviews unless the experience is just terrible, so here we are. Ordered some handles which said they were in stock, they then emailed saying they weren't in stock (annoying but that's okay. I didn't mind waiting). But then I waited and waited, with no communication or updates from them. I had to chase periodically. The date kept moving backwards, to the point where over two months had passed. They then stopped replying altogether, so I did a chargeback with the bank (which I've never had to do before). What I can't understand is why is the customer service so terrible? What is the actual point in running a business so badly? Surely it's easier to just... not bother.
Please just close your business because it's bottom of the barrel terrible and looks like a scam company. Wish I had read reviews online before ordering. Thanks for completely wasting my time!
Products do not exist
Placed an order at the start of January. Allegedly despatched 3 weeks later but does not go any further on Royal Mail tracking than 'sender have despatched item'. A month on and nothing. Slick website and great looking products that do NOT exist. Stay well clear.

Please do not order from this company. We placed an order and paid for £2k+ of special handles. Originally told 2 weeks, then 2 more week, then 2 more weeks and now we do not get any response to emails. We have contacted the manufacturer of these handles directly to see if they know of "SCANDIHANDLES" but they do not and have received no order for the handles we have order.......... Do not give this company your money
Nice coloured handled shocking delivery times
We’ve ordered a number of handles from this company. The product itself is actually reasonably nice in terms of colours and quality of product.
However, the Customer service and delivery lead times are absolute joke. They make a number of claims on their website to deliver a product in a certain timeframe which they’ve now not done for two separate orders. Emails to customer services are responded to in a timely fashion but it’s always seems to be another third-party’s issue not their own. I have been waiting coming up to one month for my order and it’s still not yet arrived!
Do not deliver in time
I ordered two styles of handles and after several emails with different reasons and timelines I only received one set of the handles ordered. When told it was another month for the other style I then requested a refund for the remaining handles missing. it's been over two weeks since this request and I've not received an aknowladgement or refund.
I am still awaiting.
You're better going through the original suppliers - they actually delivery on time from Europe!

I really wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. My handles took weeks and weeks to arrive despite being shown as 'in stock.' I was about to open a dispute with my bank when they finally came. The quality is awesome but the fact that you cannot reach the vendor (except by email, which may or may not yield a response) is super frustrating. Buy elsewhere.

I was a bit shocked after my order got delayed and I opened these reviews. However, my experience was not as bad in the end as most people's here. The order was delayed for about a couple of weeks, but they responded to my emails quite quickly and ultimately delivered my order.

I am so disappointed to have been scammed by Scandihandles. I didn't check trustpilot first and I should have. Same story as all the others - I ordered handles a month ago and they have not arrived. I have contacted customer services on the given email multiple times and got responses some of the time. They have surprisingly given long emails back with various excuses "short staffed at half term"; "order has only just come in to the warehouse and missed delivery today"; "Royal mail have not scanned your item in yet". All very frustrating and has elongated the process. I have just submitted a fraud claim with my bank. Please avoid the same mistake as us! :(

I contacted SH using their chat line and received immediate response, explaining that RM had collected the order but not yet scanned it which appeared to be correct. Our order arrived several days late but was complete, perfectly packed and in good condition. No major problems encountered

Well - that was embarrassing. I was looking for kitchen handles to match our current kitchen and Google recommended Scandi Handles. Placed order at the start of June and received email. Then, after a few days of no contact I emailed them. And again. Then again. No replies. I called them. Again. Then again… no answer. I then went on Trust Pilot…. Oh dear! Six weeks later. No handles, no contact after exhaustively trying. But they do have my money! Credit card company has now sorted it and I’ve asked them to refer this ‘company’ to the police/fraud services. This is a scam. In 25 years of buying things online this is the first time I have been stung. Yes I got my money back. But they have my details. That is now being sorted. Please. Read this. Don’t buy ANYTHING. There are no products. Some reviews suggest after a long wait something magically appears. But can you verify the person who wrote the review? Just don’t do it. Walk away and go to a shop like I have done. They are farming your details.
