I wasn't sure about the quality - hard to really tell on the website - but, found a lot of positive reviews. Just received three scarves - No skinny stuff here - big, luxurious scarves. Very pleased.

I got a groupon from a friend of mine for Christmas. It was $40 worth of scarves. I would have been hesitant to spend $30 on a scarf from this place at first but when I got the Groupon I said why not! I will DEFINITELY be buying from here again regardless of price. The scarves are soft, long, detailed, stylish, and perfect for what I was looking for!

I bought two scarves for my mom on scarves.com and I bought them a few days before Christmas thinking her scarves wouldn't get there until after New Years but she got them the same week as Christmas, so they had fast service and she loved the scarves she got.

The scarf I ordered arrived quickly in a wonderful felt envelop. The scarf itself was extremely beautiful and high quality. They have a great selection, great prices, great quality and fast shipping!

You know that a company takes a lot of pride when it keeps in constant contact with you about your order and sends a replacement for any product right away if there is a problem. The scarves are lovely and are very reasonably priced. I will buy from again.

I ordered a scarf and it was damaged. They sent me another scarf immediately at no extra charge. I am very happy with the new scarf.

I ordered 3 scarves and am enjoying all 3 of them. Good quality and quick shipping time (even tho I ordered just before Christmas).

One item I ordered was actually not available. They instead refunded the cost of that items AND sent a free scarf in its place. I simply called and used the refunded money to purchase a new similar item and they even gave me free shipping. Great customer service!

Everything with my order went smoothly. I don't have any complaints. I'd prefer the website to have a larger selection of mens scarves, though.

i LOVE THE SCARFS, i AM DISAPPOINTED THAT THE PINT ONE WASN'T AVIALABLE.
BUT I HAVE HAD MANY COMPLIMENTS AND ENJOY WEARING THEM.

I placed an order for 4 scarves in October, they said it was back ordered, then in November they said that they weren't getting the scarves I wanted so I had to pick new ones, that were ok but not what I wanted originally. Also I could not get 4 scarves for the same money so I had to order 3. The second set of scarves finally arrived in January even though the site told me they would arrive before christmas. The scarves I got were nice but the colors weren't as vibrant as they looked online and the fabric was thin and not as high quality as I'd hopped. I wanted scarves that provide at least a bit of warmth but mine were all see through.

When I received my package (earlier than I would have expected), I found exactly what I ordered, all in an adorable purple felt envelope that I hadn't ordered. The products are just right, and seem to be good quality. I would definitely recommend this company! Their friendliness and customer service is hard to beat.

Ordered my pashminas with a groupon coupon and was a little disappointed when I only received a part order. There was a letter in the box stating that they had tried to contact me by email about the missing scarves but when I looked back at all my emails, I didn't have one from Scarves. They did email me to tell me that my order had been shipped but not that I was going to be missing scarves. I love the ones that I did receive, they are so soft and the colours are beautiful. I am eagerly waiting for the missing ones.

I placed my order on 11/24. At the time, what I ordered was backordered until 12/7. On 12/7, I checked and it said backordered until 12/8. On 12/8, it said 12/9. Finally called them on 12/18 (it said it was backordered until 12/19). After voicing my frustration with the backordered dates, they allowed me to change my order to something in stock. I ordered the "eggplant" color assuming it was actually the color of egg plant. Instead, when it arrived it was like the orangish purple puke color. Ugly. I ordered it as a Christmas gift but it was too ugly to give to the recipient... so I think it'll be a Goodwill donation.

i only tried scarves.com because of a good deal from groupon. i was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the products. i ordered 4 scarves in total. i also liked how the items arrived faster than the anticipated 10 business days. and the best part was that the scarves came in a felt envelope. it made wrapping the scarves as a christmas present seem even more special.

two things i didn't like very much though:

1. they had tried to squeeze two scarves into one felt envelope. well, one of the scarf was thick, so the felt envelope's stitching gave out a little. just a little though, it wasn't very obvious.

2. i also ordered 2 scarf hangers and was eagerly awaiting for those. when the package arrived, there was a note saying that something was wrong with their inventory, and the hangers were no longer available. that was a bummer because i was really hoping to get those hangers. they should not have been made available online to be ordered in the first place.

I just placed my first order with Scarves.com, but they seem to have good quality products. I can't wait for it to arrive! And mostly I just wanted to feed your dog a treat.

The one scarf that did arrive was very pretty, great texture, and good quality. Very poor customer service, and very slow. There's a lot of competition out there for our hard earned dollars and their CEO should start figuring that out.

I purchased 5 scarves and twice one of the scarves I selected was out of stock by the time my order was processed. I received 2 courteous emails from customer service but it still took longer than I had hoped to actually receive the scarves because of the items being sold out twice. However, once the scarves arrived they were quite soft and very vibrant in color. They add to any outfit they are paired with.
