I have received 4 parts from different shippers in the last week. All were received timely in good condition but I have not a clue this review is for????

not the easiest site to maneuver and fairly disappointed w the ATV I purchased. Purchased the Massino 500 this spring after being told by your customer service that there was no Benchi dealer close (found out several months later that there was one within 20 miles). which was closer than the Massino dealer. I figured this out when after 2 months had to take the atv in for repairs. I am also disappointed w the fact I cant convert the winch to a remote control because I cant find a 6 wire remote and cant download the wiring diagram for the 6 wire (was told I could convert by dealer). also the trailer hitch should be converted to either a 2 inc or 1 1/4 instead the korean 1 7/8 which you cant find a ball mount anywhere.
over all not sold on the Massino.... power is not what I thought it should be even for light work on the farm

Product arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what I ordered.

I’ve had several purchases from here, but my last purchase had incorrect sized washers and I had to dig and luckily found some of my own that would fit. Kind of expensive as well.

Could have been told before waiting days that did not have items in stock. And would not be shipped together.

I received one incorrect part on my order due to a website error. The Parts department was very helpful and sent the correct part.

Very quick delivery of parts and very good knowledgeable people that are friendly and precise. I will order from these people again!
