I am so happy with everything I have purchased form this company, my orders have never been delayed and I remember I’ve contacted them once to add something to an existing order and they got back to me the next day. I know it usually take months for some perfume ingredients to arrive when ordering from other places, that’s just how it is, as it is such a niche market and the demand is rising. I’m very happy that this company exists to be honest and you can get things so fast. I also want to add that everything I have from them is a really good quality, so just want to say a massive thank you and I really recommend them!

I’ve ordered several times now from these guys, and every time I have been blown away with the quality of their molecules. I layer Ambroxan and Iso-e super with most of my frags, which really enhances the original scent and its performance. Forget buying molecule 01 etc from the big brand, these are just as good, if not better, and are a fraction of the price compared to the big brand.

They come in lovely, simple, great-looking solid glass bottles. Customer service is top notch too. Answered a problem within the hour and sent out a replacement, no quibbles.

I have ordered several scents from the scent scientists. Recently, I thought I’d try the ‘inspired by’ range. I received the wrong item in order, but it was sorted out quickly. The colognes are incredible. There is virtually no difference between the scents and the real things. I have the originals, and both cost well over £100; the TF was nearly £200! But I saved hard to buy it. The cheaper scent is extremely accurate and has the bonus of lasting longer on my skin than the original.
I will certainly be buying more to test them out.

Made an order 17/9/23 never recieved my purchase, sent lots of emails finally got through to elliot which promised me he was sending out another batch by Friday again i havent recieved any items. Have sent lots of emails again i still havent heard anything. After a long wait elliot did help in getting the products and more which i was obviously happy with.

My order arrived in perfect condition after a bit of a delay. Thanks to ScentScientists for sorting it out.

I have the molecules perfume and it's beautiful everytime,& I mean everytime! I wear it people ask me what perfume I'm wearing!

Made an order on wednesday 7th June. Today is 12th June. Other than the automated email to confirm the order (came immediately after making the order), i have not had any other update.
I have emailed them on 2 of their email addresses and no response.
There is no telephone number listed.

Im going abroad soon so wanted my order to come through but nothing as yet.

Very frustrating, company shouldn't allow online orders to process if it cant get them out!

***I've had a response to my emails and the gentleman named Elliot quickly shipped my order. A really top & professional reply, despite me having sent some harsh messages. I will definitely buy from this company again.

Finest quality perfume molecules I’ve ever used.
These products have improved my perfume making no end.
Not only the quality but the price is brilliant too.
I’ve used all of the perfume ingredient suppliers at one time or another but this company, Scent Scientists, are without doubt putting together the best quality collection of products.
Just before Christmas there was a Royal Mail strike which affected all Uk deliveries.
Elliot, the owner of Scent Scientists messaged me personally to reassure me that the order was on its way and was happy to issue me with a full refund of all products even though they would arrive a few days behind schedule!!
How’s that for brilliant customer service?

The company is facing a nightmare with royal mail!
I was mad at first with scentscientist. But this company is facing a real nightmare with the royal mail as they explained to me they lost all the packages and especially for the over sea ones! So I deleted my bad review and instead I’m writing this one because i don’t wanna destroy little businesses that facing problems they can’t control at the moment. I emphasize in a situation like that and I hope that others will too while reading this. I wish them all the best.

I previously wrote a review complaining about the customer service offered by Scent Scientists.
I had been trying to contact them re a missing order, had had no reply to several emails and they have no phone number. However!..since then I have been in touch with Elliot at the company who has been really let down by Royal Mail. They appear to have lost a shed load of his products and he is desperate to locate them. In the meantime he has been very helpful and given me a full refund which I will be using to re-order the oils I need.
Just to say I have ordered from Scent Scientists before with no problem and am still very keen to support their business. Thanks to Elliot, who is really worried about the impact Royal Mail has had on his company. Hopefully it'll all be ok.
