Ordered school uniform mid August, it’s now the 14th September, my order is still processing! Difficult to contact on the phone and when they do answer they are extremely rude. Apparently my order hasn’t been picked because ‘they don’t have the stock’, maybe they shouldn’t take peoples money without stock and perhaps let customers know their items are out of stock when ordering!
I’ve emailed twice- no response, asked for a refund twice- to be told that they need to speak to someone in Dubai to process it! That was last week and I’m sick of waiting so I’ve asked my bank to intervene to recover the payment I made. They are an absolute joke of a company who should be ashamed of themselves and ashamed of their customer service. I will now buy my child’s uniform second hand from school just to avoid dealing with a company like this ever again!

Poor customer service. Ordered mid August picked up order today.
Emailed asking about order twice, tried calling several times over several days no answer and no voicemail facility.
The two young ladies that dealt with me were polite and helpful and were diplomatic about the rubbish customer service but there’s no excuse for not replying to an email!
I’ll knit my own jumpers and embroider them for next year: it will be quicker and more fulfilling !

If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely horrendous service. Waited over 6 weeks for delivery and still not received and get no response to emails or phone calls. Diabolical service for £7.50 delivery.

I can’t thank Amanda at the school shop enough for all her help. She genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Amanda was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient throughout, and her customer service was exceptional. It’s clear she really cares about helping people and takes pride in what she does.

A huge thank you, Amanda — you were brilliant and an absolute credit to the school shop! Highly recommended. 👏

Ignored 5 emails chasing order. Not answering phone

Terrible company.

Order made 8/7, payment taken. No communication, 30 phone calls made over a week, no reply, no answer machine message, no standard email apologising for delay. The shop is absolutely miles from where I live so will now have to go there to find out what is going on. Their sole business is school uniform, how can they get it so so wrong. Its like Father Christmas not knowing when Christmas is coming!!!

Placed my order on 17th July, heard nothing from them, tried to email and call at the end of August but no response to emails and no-one ever picks up the phone. In the end I had to drive there to collect the items, they were all in stock and they had no idea why they hadn’t been shipped to me. No apology for the issue or not responding to calls and emails. A disgraceful way to run a company, anyone else would be out of business due to the appalling customer service, however they know we have no choice but to buy from there as we can’t get branded uniform from anywhere else. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Ordered school uniform on the 2nd July this was due to be delivered to school before broke up for summer I wanted to be organised S going on holiday . Still waiting yet people I know have been in store since and brought of the shelf, this order should have been picked before others could just go in and buy. It's not cheep either!!!!
I've rang emailed and no response from anyone. When I did finally get through to someone the woman answered rudely! And like as if what do I want! Still waiting for a school uniform over 8 weeks on very disappointing experience and no uniform for fist day at school this should be an exciting time but it's stressful.

We visited the School Shop Shrewsbury at the end of July to get my daughter’s uniform ready for starting High School. We were advised that the last date to place orders and receive items before term starts was 10 August, so we went in early and tried everything on. The only item available to take away at the time was the PE tracksuit, so we placed an order for the rest of the uniform on 1 August.

The website states a 14‑day turnaround, but as of 28 August we still have no uniform. We’ve been into the shop several times and were simply told “it will arrive”, with no further information. Emails and phone calls have gone unanswered despite multiple attempts. With a bank holiday weekend ahead and only two more open days before school starts, queues are out the door and staff have no updates to offer.

What makes this more frustrating is that other parents who ordered after us for the same school have already received their items. At present, my daughter has no uniform for her first day, and we have no idea when it will arrive.

I appreciate that this is a busy time of year and delays can happen, but the complete lack of communication and transparency has made the situation far more stressful than it needed to be. Clear updates and realistic timeframes would make a huge difference.

Visited the Whitchurch store today. We were met by a middle aged female member of staff who I can only describe as extremely rude with absolutely no customer service skills.
She basically tried to throw us out of the shop despite it being open as she wanted her lunch. There were 3 members of staff working.
She refused to assist with help in sizes even though many child was with me & she could clearly see his size.
As we were leaving she muttered something derogatory under her breath!
I am appalled that young people have to witness this behaviour while shopping with their parents for their uniform.
The icing on the cake is that a they have a young man working there who is being mentored by this person!!!!
Absolutely disgraceful

Very slow service and lack of communication. School jumper didn't arrive in time for school photo and no one seemed to care. Very annoying that we have no choice but to use this shop. It's taken 13 days to be informed that my order is ready for dispatch, so I'm assuming that that will be another few days to arrive. Too late for school photo!

Total lack of customer service. Order placed 11/9/24, item out of stock however not informed. I had to contact them to be informed of this after a number of times going to on site school shop, they were not forthcoming with any information although they have taken my money ?
When I requested delivery to school it would still be nice to be told the item was out of stock and not going to be delivered. 4 weeks since ordering and no response on timescales for restocking when I email, no date provided. The communication is very poor.
I have now requested a refund, let’s see how long this takes. Will not be ordering on line with them again, raising concerns with school! Order ref 377421

Sadly not the first time I’ve had issues with this shop in Shrewsbury. But this time is very concerning. Having placed an order online, I’ve returned from holiday to find they have sent the wrong item. Left messages and emailed on Sunday, no response so left another message explaining the issue that needs to be rectified before Wednesday. Still no response. Emailed again, still nothing. Have phoned numerous times without anyone picking up the phone. Now the line is endlessly engaged. The total lack of concern or response to their error is inexcusable. I have raised the issue with my child’s school and intend to push for a change in supplier as this is appalling service. They have my money and I don’t have the required uniform.
