Sciencebymir Reviews

Mir has been a great help in learning A level Chemistry - his lessons are fun and interactive, making tough topics much more easier to understand. His incredible efforts to help and support students makes him such an amazing tutor, would highly recommend.

My daughter enjoyed learning with Mir as she felt that he was able to pinpoint her strengths and weaknesses in certain chemistry topics and guide her towards getting better grades. As a result, her confidence has improved in chemistry and we are very pleased with the result.

Mir has been a very good teacher since the start of Year 12. He really helped my understanding with detailed explanations and made sure I was exam ready. With his support I was able to achieve an A* in Chemistry A Level. I would definitely recommend!

Mir is an excellent chemistry teacher. He has excellent teaching skills and helps build knowledge base of students helping them to better understand and enjoy the subject.

Mir is an exceptional teacher whose passion for education and commitment to students success is clearly reflected in his teaching style. My daughter enjoyed learning Chemistry with him and achieved an A* in her A level exams. I would highly recommend him as a tutor.

I cannot recommend Mir more! Mir isn't just a tutor, he's a mentor. Mir has motivated my son from very little interest in Sciences to actually want to study, revise & do well and voluntarily take triple science for GCSE. After each session my son gives me a run down of what they've studied and his confidence is growing. He is now thinking of taking 2 sciences for Alevel!!!
I'm so eternally greatful and thankful to Mir & the person who recommended him to me in the first instance.

My daughter enjoys the lessons with Mir, now science is more interesting and she is engaged, a breakthrough! She feels comfortable with the lessons and Mir is friendly and approachable. So glad we found him, I would thoroughly recommend.

Mir’s enthusiasm for the subject matter is contagious, he makes the material more engaging and enjoyable to learn. Mir’s passion for teaching is evident, and it inspires my son to approach his studies with the same level of enthusiasm.
Mir’s classes are always well-organised and engaging. He has a captivating energy which makes my son love his lessons.
My son has thrived under his teaching style. Please keep up the good work!

I can't remember how I found Mr. Mir He is a treasure box. My son not only loves it, but he looks forward to Friday for the next class. Mir's classes are supporting my son; he is scoring well in triple science.

An amazing tutor, truly professional par excellence... Kind, friendly and considerate. My son Taha describes him as a compassionate mentor who makes the students feel comfortable and tries to get the best out of them. Although it has been just a month of interaction and the exam board different than his group peers but it has encouraged my son to develop an interest in the subject he found literally not doable. Really grateful to him.

Mir tutored my daughter in a group class for Triple Science GCSE. Mir made the sessions interesting as well as practical and always engaging. My daughter enjoyed the lessons and they boosted her understanding and confidence for the exams. My daughter intends to continue with Mir for her Chemistry A Level.

Mir was great at making the lessons engaging with a mix of teaching from the powerpoint, short videos, long and short answer questions, and fun quizzes at the end of lessons. I'm very pleased with my grades, and Mir definitely helped a lot!

I was not your usual student. I am in my late 60's and wanted to do GCSE Physics having failed the O level back in the last century.
Mir was good at assessing my weaknesses and strengths and feeding me the sort of support I needed.
And I passed...at last...only fifty years later than I should!

I will not make this long for anyone reading this. I was tutored by Mir Hashemi for around 1 year in which I saw my grades leap more than what I had expected myself. Within 1 year my grades jumped from an C to an A. When I say he is by far the best teacher I have had the privilege of learning under, I truly mean it.

Delighted with our son’s A-level Chemistry grade that saw him make his offer to study at Durham Uni. I have recommended Mir to a number of friends. His explanations were clear and he was excellent at structuring lessons on the spot without notice to tackle weak points. He did a great job of adapting lessons and content for individual students.

Mir has provided excellent chemistry tuition for my son during his 2 year A level course. This took the form of group sessions as well as one to one sessions all delivered virtually which worked really well. Mir couldn’t have shown more commitment to his students. His input definitely made a difference to my sons learning and ultimately to his grade and opportunity for a good university place.

Mir engaged both of our boys over the past year and a half. Their both achieved significantly improved results in their Science GCSE’s (8,8,7) and Chemistry A-level’s (A) than originally expected.
They enjoyed their sessions and gained a lot of confidence through the process.

Mir promised to improve my son’s GCSE results by 2 grades as he moved up mid year from the Foundation level and that’s exactly what he did.
He managed to make the classes consistently interesting for a reluctant student such that my son began to look forward to each session.
I wholeheartedly recommend Mir, he’s great!

My son needed additional support for GCSE double science. Mir was recommended to us and thank goodness he was! Enthusiastic teacher who engaged my son and made the online tutorials fun too whether on one to one or group sessions. My son’s understanding of all the sciences dramatically increased and he was rewarded by getting fabulous GCSE results this summer despite the covid upsets and exam board’s misinformation. No hesitation at all in recommending Science by Mir.

Mir is a perfect Tutor, happy, friendly, professional, gets on well with his Students and provides a top class service. I can not recommend him highly enough for his A Level Chemistry Tutoring. Thank you Mir for your knowledge and support.
