I switched all my car and home insurances to CAA. Scoot Insurance were the ones the helped my with this transition. They made it quick, easy and were very quick to answer all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone. Plus I saved just over $1100.00 a year.

Worst insurance experience I’ve ever been through. Locked us into a one year term with CAA insurance. then we get a letter in the mail, two weeks later
, that the insurance company decided to do a home inspection and raised our rates over 20% because house “had nice finishes”. Then charged us a $300 cancellation fee . It’s clear they are just signing you up with the insurance company where they can make the most money.

Hunter was easy to work with, informative and efficient. As a first time car owner, she made this process seamless.

Hunter was a lovely rep for your company. She was so patient and clear speaking. She explained everything and found me the best rate for home and auto insurance. Honestly I have never experience such professionalism from anyone like her.

My experience was wonderful they explained everything in layman’s terms so I could understand. I’ve never had a company do that for me. I asked how long does it take for my new policy to activate because I needed to cancel the insurance from the other company I was with, he told me as soon as they receive my first payment and he was true to his words. I have told 3 friends of mine about scoop so hopefully they sign up as well. Thank you
