Scott says that this course is free but in reality, it isn't. You will have to spend $35 on a hosting fee for a website if you want a certificate at the end of the course, this is not a bad thing and not very expensive because you will end up with a functioning website that you may not have had before. This is actually the most positive thing about the course, but it does have some serious negatives that Scott should address.

1. While you will have a functioning website, it's built with WordPress. WordPress makes the process a lot easier by keeping HTML coding to a minimum, but it can be a nightmare to apply a template and then adjust it to suit your needs. You may have to dig into menus searching for what you want or deal with Elementor which can break your site and leave you frustrated trying to fix it. This leads me to problem number 2.

2. If you run into a problem there isn't much help available to you. The platform where Scott hosts the course called 'Skool', does have moderators that you can reach out to, but they may not be able to help you very much. There is also a forum where you can post a question and other people in the community who are taking the course may or may not be able to help you. Part of my site doesn't function as I would like and neither the moderators nor the community offered much support, and certainly don't expect it from Scott Max himself, you can message him on the platform, but you will likely never get a reply.

3. Some of the sites that are used in the course have been updated, but Scott does not update the videos in the course to reflect this. For example, SendinBlue rebranded to Brevo, and now looks a lot different. Scott only adds a small note at the bottom of the video to acknowledge the change. To be fair, you can still get through the modules even though the sites are different, it just may take a bit of patience to find where things have moved in the menus.

4. Some modules in the course include entire other courses from Google! This one bothers me the most because Scott simply takes Google's Analytics course and sticks it into his course. I get that the course is free, but I was still expecting Scott to teach me something from his own experience and not just force me to get a certificate from Google in order to complete his course.

I would really like to give this Digital Marketing Course at least 3 stars, but I can't because I'm stuck on Module 5, in which I'm supposed to take Google's Adsearch assessment, without Scott teaching me very much about Google Adsearch. I'm giving the course 2 stars because having my own website that I can update myself is the best I got out of this experience, and ultimately I paid for that.

I have not really started, but I did take a quick review. I ask the community a question & I had alot of response trying there best to help me. Ayman sent me a link to make it easier for me & I so appreciate his kindness. So here's a shout out for you Ayman, making this platform an excellent place to learn....

I joined the MBS school in August and finished all the modules by November, I'm so grateful because the instructions were very easy to understand, the videos were easy to understand provided you're keen and do the assignments you'd get things flowing, Max is composed during video lectures which made lessons easy to understand. Going through the course now. Extensive training, insane that it's free, learning a lot, very active community. Crazy value for anyone looking to get into digital marketing. It has all the foundational building blocks to launch one into several fields of work. Highly recommend.

This is not free as claimed. In the end, you're asking for payment to access your website. Why lie? I'm giving you one star because I can't give you zero. I would give you zero if I could.

I started with the course a few weeks ago and I am aware of its potential and importance. Max also made it free which excuses none who wants to be part of the digital world business from grabbing to this opportunity. Wish many others would follow his example and help others.

It's great to have global free education. I recently joined and looking forward to do all work by myself and to be successful in this program, I suggest all who read this come and join to learn digital marketing.

For what i have seen now, Max Business School is a great and very dynamic way to learn digital marketing, he explains everything in detail for a beginner level. i am so happy to be learning, and hope to finish de course in the next coming months.

I really enjoyed the course, the group and the site is so helpful. I was feeling motivated and finished this course even with a little baby. I have learned so much and learning still. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn more about digital marketing!

I'm so happy to be a graduate today, when first saw the advert about free course at first l didn't believe then l told myself let me try there is no harm in trying then l find it very easy to understand and to learn. The value I received was absolutely incomparable to none.

About a year ago, I was speaking with a friend regarding my business and after she saw my commitment, she encouraged me to enroll for Masters in Digital Marketing and Business with Max Business School. I began the journey and at the point of owning a domain with Hostgator, I had financial issues which held me back for some months. Nevertheless, I didn't lose focus on my goals so I remained optimistic with the hope to leverage on the program.

Earlier this year, precisely February 2024, I resumed my program and started all over, studying one module at a time, taking notes, and practicing each module at my pace!!! Though I was shown a shortcut but I made sure that each external certifications were studied and passed no matter how long it took.

With a heart full of gratitude, I'm grateful to God for the successful completion of my advanced program that a journey which started in February 2024 has finally come an end.

• Build and cherish strategic relationships, and don't you EVER stop working on yourself!!! Of course, It will take time, but stay committed and disciplined. Skills you don't have, surround yourself with tangible people you could learn from.

• Understand the power of yet!!! There is a difference between "I don't know it" and "I don't know it yet!" The formal terminates and deters your learning ability while the latter keeps you in the learning curve till you are better than the first day you started learning.

• Enjoy the process and learning journey no matter the challenges you face, celebrate your little wins, and the sky will be your starting point.

The experience for me was 5 star, the learning rollercoaster was superb.I really learned a lot from Scott. He is a greater lecturer, in everything that he taught he was extremely intentional. I initially signed up because it was advertised as free, and apart from a minimal fee to access the host site (which costs less than a Netflix subscription), everything else truly is free. I didn't anticipate receiving so much training and valuable content for something that didn't cost me anything extra!
