We used Scrape.do for a project recently and found their service easy to use, to perform really well, and their customer service was also super efficient and friendly. We highly recommend!

1. Their scraping API is really effective. I was able to scrape websites with high security such as Cloudflare and some ReCaptcha and it seems to work by nearly 100% chance as I monitored.

2. Their dashboard is easy to use, intuitive and helpful to check my scraping job and credit usage in nearly real time manner.

2. However, you need to be careful when cancelling subscription. There are 2 options for cancelling subscription. First option is to cancel immediately and second option is to cancel at next billing period. I should have selected second option but actually selected first option. I simply thought they won't remove my credits because cancelling subscription is not cancelling my service but cancelling recurring billing only. However, I found out all my credit disappeared as soon as cancelling first option. So, I reached out their customer service for help. They restored my credit right away.

In summary, their product and dashboard is very good but their subscription system needs some improvement. I had some hassle during subscription cancellation issue but will use their service continuously. I hope this review would help anyone considering scrape.do as solution for scraping API and rotating proxies. 😃

Price - The pricing is very affordable. Our system makes 200-400 million requests per month, and the cost of both the quality of service and customer support fits well within our budget.
