Scrap My Car Online is a UK-wide network of licensed scrap yards. Enter your registration and postcode and we look the car up on the DVLA record, then price it against what the licensed yards covering your postcode are paying today. You get a price in about 30 seconds, with no obligation. When you accept, a licensed collector near you rings within two hours during the working day to agree a day that suits you. If you accept in the evening or on a Sunday, the call comes first thing the next working morning. Collection is free anywhere in the UK. You are paid by bank transfer within 24 hours of collection, to the registered keeper's account. Paying cash for a scrap car is illegal in England and Wales, so none of our collectors will offer it. Every car goes to an Authorised Treatment Facility, licensed by the Environment Agency, SEPA or Natural Resources Wales, where it is depolluted and recycled. The yard issues the Certificate of Destruction and tells the DVLA for you, so you are no longer responsible for the car. Exceptional customer service, highest prices I've been able to find for my vehicle. On the website it states that they would call me promptly to arrange a collection and they did!
