Sohail ensured my warranty claim was successful

I purchased a monitor from Screen Move and two and half years after, the monitor stopped working. Sohail dealt with my query and helped me get a replacement monitor as it was still within it's three year warranty. The manufacturer didn't want to replace my monitor at first but Sohail argued my point. He gave me regular updates and sign posted me throughout the claim and as my original monitor was no longer being manufactured, he managed to get me a newer and better spec model. Thank you for your help Sohail!

For clarity, your summary does not reflect the facts of this case.

The screen was damaged upon first opening, was never installed or used, and was immediately returned to its packaging. This was reported to you straight away, and extensive photographic evidence was provided at your request prior to collection.

Your continued assertion of “impact damage” and “missing accessories” is disputed. The accessories were never removed from the box, as the defect was identified immediately. The packaging also left my premises intact, as evidenced by your own collection photographs.

The image you have relied upon showing box opening instructions does not relate to the packaging I received. Multiple 360° images of my actual packaging were provided to you before collection was arranged, confirming no such instructions were present.

The stand was assembled in preparation for installation due to time constraints for a store opening. The screen was then found to be defective and therefore never installed.

This matter is not about goodwill. It is about the supply of goods that were not of satisfactory quality at delivery, as required under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

As you are aware, this matter has now been escalated formally via the County Court, Trading Standards, and my bank. I remain confident in my position and will allow the appropriate legal process to determine the outcome.

For some reason, it appears that my original review of just last week has been removed. So here it is again:

Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a commercial screen (approx. £1000) from SnugFort Limited T/A Screen Moove for my business. The item arrived late and was clearly damaged upon first opening. The screen was never installed and was immediately placed back into its packaging.

I reported this straight away and provided extensive photographic evidence, including full 360° images of the packaging at their request before collection was even arranged. Despite this, the company has refused to issue a refund.

Instead, they have:

• Accused me of causing the damage
• Claimed accessories were missing (they were never removed from the box)
• Provided inconsistent and conflicting photographs
• Relied on images that do not relate to my packaging
• Ignored clear evidence and witness statements

The handling of this complaint has been extremely poor, with obstructive communication and shifting explanations throughout. They have focused on return conditions and internal policies rather than addressing the fact the item was faulty on delivery.

There is also no clear trading address provided beyond a registered office, and having since reviewed Trustpilot, I note a number of similar complaints and a high proportion of unverified positive reviews.

I am now £1000 out of pocket and have had to escalate this through the County Court, Trading Standards, and my bank.

In over 25 years in business, this is one of the worst experiences I have encountered.

Proceed with extreme caution.

I was hesitant to use this company as I found there prices very competitive however I was completely wrong from the service provided by Yancy she was super helpful and provided a number of different options then I have to say Edmond has been a life saver he uploaded my menu for me on two separate occasions even after training and never made me feel that I was asking to much. keep up the good work guys

Very unprofessional company avoid at…

Very unprofessional company avoid at all cost.
Just want your Money after that no After service

Sales Rep Mo has no knowledge of the products they sell asked for a window display that will be bright and visible in daylight but provided with a Cheap Chinese own brand screen that is dim even at night. The Screen Feels so cheap and light not worth the £700+ screen

Sales support Sohail was even worse had the attitude
"Company Right Customer Wrong" when confronted with the issues and how I was missold a product. issues with tv and install Used a tone of language suggesting that I am lying or fabricating stuff even after showing evidence.

future customers might think I am just a disgruntled customer who didn't like his purchase and wanted a refund but I assure you that is not the case.

If you know exact item what you want then your fine buy online and done but if you need after sales support or you have an issue good luck with that

I was promised install within 2-3 days of payment being made but once payment was made they said 3-4 weeks for install it was set on the 6th Mar - On the day of install no one turns up and at 5.30pm get a message saying installer pulled a sicky. rearranged for. 12th March Am sure the installer called in the morning but no one had decency to message or chase up. Even then I had to call in to get this sorted out.

All in all if you value support after sales service. Do not touch this company buy at own risk

The product supplied was based on our supplier specification, and all details were clearly listed on our website prior to purchase. The item delivered matches exactly the brightness level and specification that was quoted and purchased.

Regarding brightness and suitability, the product supplied is a 700 cd/m² commercial display in line with its specification. It was also clearly advised that ultra high-brightness models are available at a higher price point. I would like to also advise that I can see another quote run for Ultra High Brightness Model on our system that you are aware of this model. You chose to proceed with the 700 cd/m² option, which aligns with the agreed budget. If a ultra high-brightness window display was required, this would need to be specified at the point of enquiry, as these are a different category of product.

In addition, the vast majority of screens in the market are manufactured in China, including leading global brands. This is standard across the industry, however we do apologise if this did not meet your expectations.

In relation to your concerns about our team, all of our customer advisors and support staff are trained and experienced within the AV industry. Your quotation was clearly issued with full specifications, and by proceeding with the order, the product was acknowledged and confirmed. We have reviewed the communication internally and can confirm that the process was handled clearly and in line with our standards. That said, we apologise if you felt otherwise.

In terms of support, our team has responded to your queries, reviewed your concerns, and offered a commercial solution, including an upgrade option to an ultra high-brightness model, which was not accepted.

That said, we can also confirm that all enquiries raised were responded by our team on your ticket chain, including guidance on product use, clarification of specifications, and offering alternative solutions to move forward.

If I would give 10 star I could! have had an inquiry for 85 inch screen find them on internet called Screen Moove to request some information and best possible price, they offered really great price and service, everything was perfect.

Refund processed, but poor stock control caused real inconvenience and extra costs

I ordered and paid for a GPU that was later confirmed to be out of stock. While the company did process a refund promptly (which I appreciate), the situation itself caused significant inconvenience and additional costs.

This purchase was part of a scheduled custom PC build being carried out by a third-party engineer. The out-of-stock issue only became apparent after payment was taken, which meant:

The system build was disrupted and delayed

I had to re-plan my entire build at short notice

I incurred additional time and coordination costs with the builder

The wider market for GPUs is currently extremely volatile, so losing a confirmed order at this stage had a real financial and practical impact

Stock accuracy is critical when selling high-value components, especially in the current market. Customers should not be able to complete payment for items that are not actually available. This is not just an inconvenience – it can derail carefully planned system builds and project timelines.

Customer support handled the refund professionally, but the underlying issue should not have occurred in the first place. I would expect better inventory controls and order validation to prevent customers from paying for items that are not in stock.

Negatives:

Inaccurate stock availability

Order accepted and paid for despite item being unavailable

Caused disruption, delays, and additional costs to a time-sensitive PC build

I hope the company improves its stock management processes so this doesn’t happen to other customers, particularly when dealing with expensive, hard-to-source components.
