I ordered a pair of scrubs and a jacket that I had embroidered. It only took a few weeks to get my order in, and everything looked great when it came in!

Check for defects
The arm of the sweatshirt has a clear defect. It even has a hole and it looks like someone cut the sleeve off and sewed it back on. I will be calling to get it replaced but this took 2 weeks to get to me. Now I have to wait on another one.

Nobody from your company has confirmed that they deducted the shipping charge from my bill for my order placed 9/22/26. I signed up for email and text messages from Scrub-in before I placed my order and there was an offer that constantly popped up on screen for free shipping on my next order for doing so.
