I heard an ad on the radio about ‘facing driving charges’ which I certainly was at that time. I decided to call just to see where it would take me. I ended up being on the phone for a good 40 minutes with Stephanie Grieve as she listened to me rant about my case. And what a decision it was to call them, the sheer patience and professionalism was incredible, Stephanie is a credit to the firm, she left no stone unturned, covering every base, professionalism at its highest.
