I had a very positive experience with the team ( special shoutout to Rahbia)throughout my house purchase. They were professional, responsive and kept me informed at each stage of the process. This is the second time I’ve used this company over the course of four years very helpful always replies the emails the same day and if we request a call will ring back as soon as possible will use again.

I used ADK Law for the selling of my house, they were professional and the communication was great throughout, my questions were replied to promptly, I was very happy with the whole service.

They failed to disclose to us that they had been removed from the solicitors panel meaning that some lenders will not work with them.

As a result of this we had to cancel our sale and buying conveyancing with them and start again with a more credible solicitors. This delay meant that we lost the mortgage we were trying to apply for and ended up having to take a different, more expensive one.

In all their incompetence has cost us time and money and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Jinni, was great in dealing the purchase of my property. Quick to respond and provide guidance. She made the whole process so easy and simple.

I highly recommend ADK Law and Rebekah dealt with the sale of my rented property. Rebekah was very quick to respond to my emails and clarification even though my buyers solicitors where very slow. She was efficient and made the process smoothly. I would recommend to anyone use this solicitor for their first class service.

They would accept for example a utility bill as linkage evidence i owned 1% of the property for sale, as that was on their list of acceptable documents (but i didn't have as flat is rented out); whilst they wouldn't accept the land registry title documents and driving licence plus passport and conveyancers original purchase documents, and phone number, and marriage certificate to my wife who owned the other 99% ..... as these weren't on their list of acceptable documents! .. as 'i might be a different matthew bridgwater'!! :-) lol. . AI cant replace old style people-robots soon enough....

They are at least understandably cheap, circa half the price of a normal conveyancer, and refunded my fees quickly.

ive now gone with a normally priced firm who had zero problems in applying common sense, and laughed at the above tale.

ps within the space of 2 days, less than half the time i wasted trying to convince adk who i was, the proper solicitor has got all documentation including LPE1 and attachments and contract to the other side.

As we are getting on in years we needed a hassle free sale, ADK was recommended to us by our estate agent we decided to go ahead and use them for our conveyancing, Jinni was our solicitor and must say from start to completion she was absolutely brilliant, everything was done for us in layman terms where it was needed, I was so happy with the service I have also employed them for our retirement purchase.
