Great products that actually look how they display them in pictures and absolutely PHENOMENAL customer service!

The item was delivered as promised. The size was right (but the shoes are on the smaller side of the range. If you’re a half size, consider going up a size). The shoe construction is good and the shoes are just so stinking cute!! I will get another pair!

The website is legit. The slipper fits securely on your feet. I bought the black and the cream colored ones. They are well made. The slippers are comfy and very cute. The size I bought was 7-8.5. I am a size 8 and they fit me well. If I were an 8.5, I think they would be too snug.

I loved the quality of the slippers and the pajama pants the little bags the came in where so cute my bf got them for me and I’m very happy with them will definitely be looking at their new/other products they offer

My order was processed expediently and everything in my order was just adorable my daughter loved her shoes as well and so did I the socks were an added plus and I love Hello Kitty so that really made it even better.

Originally I was disappointed when our product arrived damaged from production, but since then Sculptiss, and more specifically Sarah at Sculptiss, has replaced the product and redeemed my opinion of their organization. Very good customer service. Would order again

The lady who has helped me her name is Sarah, she is so sweet and patient. I had problems with my order and she did everything she could and more to help fix the problem and in the end she did.

I am in love with my hello kitty boots! They’re so soft and keep my feet warm. I was originally sent the wrong color (I ordered brown but received pink ones). I contacted customer service and the team was nice and also quick to resolve the issue. They sent my brown ones and in a size up as I requested. I was able to keep both pairs of boots. The boots truly are adorable!

Got them for me and my friend so we can match on her bday. Shipping was kidda crazy tho it kept bouncing back, but we was able to resolve the issue quickly. Definitely get them these are so soft I love them.

Ordered some slippers and they were a bit too small so I asked if I could exchange them and they said yes but they let me keep the first pair and sent me new ones that were the right size! Love this business and hope to purchase more from them in the future!
