Lucy and Emily (and everyone else I spoke to) at Spratt Endicott Bicester have been fantastic through the entire process of purchasing my first shared ownership property. I’ve had great communication throughout and they were more than happy to answer any of my questions. You hear horror stories of some solicitors but I did not have to chase SE once for any updates, and at every stage I was aware of what was coming next. From the date I instructed them, the sale completed in just over 7 weeks. No complaints here and I would 100% recommend them, thank you!

We work with Lily.D in the Banbury office to collect debt on behalf of our company, she is absolutely fantastic, we have never had so much success and she communicates perfectly with us so we know who has and hasn't paid and when we will be receiving the debt she has helped collect on our behalf.

Aggressive and horrible. Se solicitors work for Bradfords building supplies who instructed them to chase me for a false debt. I was actually in credit. Their letter to me was disturbing and horrendous and I will be contacting the law society and ask them to review the contents.

We instructed SE Solicitors to deal with the repossession of a buy to let flat. What should have been straightforward was complicated by the actions of the tenant which resulted in three court hearings and the necessity to appoint an experienced barrister. Joshua also has a very positive personality, can-do attitude. He explained with the simplest words what has to be done legally to purchase a house but also why certain things are in place. He is a treasure.



Debbie Bates did an incredibly good job too. Replying, raising questions and writing the report so fast that she must have worked out of her hours I believe!



However, everyone is very nice at the firm!

Disgusting company. Aisha was not willing to help at all Terrible customer service. No emails or notifications of any missed payment and a CCJ was issued without any communication. All they care about it getting money from people rather than trying to help all parties. AVOID at all costs!!!!
The communication from this company is horrendous, ask them questions to get help or to resolve the issue they don't respond.
