I have previously ordered from sea essence and been throughly surprised the sea moss was absolutely amazing and the customer service and delivery was top tier. I will defo be ordering again.

I always order from Sea Essence. Not only is the customer service 10/10 - the products are also! I love the seamoss and I’m also a big fan of their soaps. I use the turmeric and also the goat’s milk. I can happily say they have made a huge difference to my overall complexion. Brighter, smoother, happier skin! Don’t walk… run and make an order! 🫶🏻

We’re StrideNorth Media, running @skinnutritionguide (5K+ followers). After joining Sea-Essence’s affiliate program, we created education-first Reels/Stories and placed the affiliate link (with disclosure) in our bio. Early traction looked encouraging. However, after multiple outreach attempts via email and Instagram, we still don’t have confirmation of the commission rate, minimum payout threshold, or payout timing/method.
As affiliates, we need these basics to plan budgets and schedule content responsibly. We’re not alleging bad faith; our concern is lack of communication. We have paused new promotions until the program terms are clarified. If Sea-Essence can confirm the commission structure and payout schedule, we’d be glad to continue and even scale our content.
We’ll update this review promptly if/when the company responds and the issues are resolved.

Regular buyer of the Sea Moss which I have daily. Buy every few weeks and have as a ginger and lemon tea. I have also recently bought the different soap bars.. so far so good. A little early to comment on these.

Sea Essence is always my go to when it comes to sea moss! Been ordering for quite a while now and can’t complain, products are great and customer service is good.

Since I started to use the turmeric soapy skin has been soo smooth and with a natural glow. My blackheads and dark marks are completely gone, as made me soo much confidante with my skin. Love this product, try yourself you will not regret!!!

I first ordered the soaps for my son who suffers with hormonal acne. He has been using them for a good few months now and honestly the difference is amazing. He doesn't have flare ups like he was, it has helped to improve darkness and redness. It has made my son be more confident in his own skin. I will continue to keep buying as its helping him massively.

I have been using sea essence for over 3 months now and I can make a fair review and say I am absolutely impressed with the service , the quality of the products and the fact that they actually work! I was very skeptical as I’ve used many products on my skin that is supposed to help lighten marks etc and non have worked and have usually made it worse but the products from sea essence have worked and they are amazing!

I have emailed twice—on July 21st and again this morning—and both times received an automated response stating I would receive a reply in 48 minutes. I have not received any follow-up.

It has now been 11 days since I placed my order, which was advertised as having 2–3 day delivery. I have not received the product, nor any meaningful response regarding its status.

Please respond immediately with a clear update on my order. I have not received any update regarding my order. It has now been over six days since my last inquiry, and almost a month since I originally placed the order.

As I still have not received the item, I kindly request a full refund. Please process this as soon as possible.

This experience has been very disappointing, and unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from you again.
