This was only mentioned in small print, and not on "quick buy"

As discussed the best before date is clearly advertised both on the main listing and also on the quick buy option on our website - this is the reason for the discounted price.
To re-confirm, this is just a best before date, the product will be fine to consume after this date.
You advised that you don't plan on opening these straight away which is your choice however we cannot be held responsible for when you chose to use the products along with any information you have missed regarding the best before date on our website prior to ordering.
Despite this, as a gesture of goodwill, I have added credit on to your account to which you confirmed that you were happy with as a resolution - based on this I am surprised to see this review come through as I feel we have gone above and beyond to offer a resolution for a circumstance we have not caused.

You ordered on Christmas Eve during the time we were closed for the Holidays.
Please be advised that a clear banner was added to the top of our site outlining what our opening hours and shipping times would be during this period.
Your order was then dispatched the first day we had fully reopened (6th) and was subsequently delivered to your home address the day after (7th).
I can see that you have ordered numerous times so you will know that we always ship and deliver as soon as we possibly can.
I am sorry to hear you feel this way however the team couldn't have made it more clear of any potential delays both on our website and by email that was sent to all our existing customers.
