This is a bogus supply line and they seem to have the means of altering discussions shown in PayPal. I bought a wig which arrived nothing like the advertising video. I returned it to an address in China & obtained proof of sending. Response “keep the wig we’ll give you $10” after sending. So they get $87 I get $10 great business model. PayPal accept it because in Sean’s terms I cancelled a subscription. What’s that all about? Total con authorised by PayPal

This is a scam …. 6 weeks later I still haven’t received my order and no response from their customer service.

What I ordered is not what I received. Wig came with no tag and no receipt. Crappy sales don't even know how to return it. Don't buy from them please. Scam.

My wig was huge and out of shape, was not as advertised and I emailed them repeatedly for exchange or refund but they never emailed me back. Seamiss customer service never responded even when they stated that they do refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase. I got them through Pinterest and Pinterest should remove Seamiss products from their company. I am still trying to get my wig returned with refund as they stated.

I received the 3 wigs. Price totaled almost $100. All three wigs were synthetic. They all looked like Halloween-type costume cheap wigs. The exterior packaging had huge pieces of dirt underneath with tape wrapped around it. There was a blonde piece of dog hair on the outside of the packaging as well. The color of the wigs did not appear as the photos of wigs on Seamiss' website. The outside packaging have been opened and taped. One of the wigs had some type of white food crumb on it. It looked as if the wigs had been taken out of the ziplock bag in which it came in. There was one piece of balled up wax paper inside a wig to maintain the shape of the wig. It seemed as if the other wax paper had been removed from two of the wigs. I contacted the company to verify what carrier was going to deliver my wigs. Seamiss did not respond with the answer to what carrier was delivering my wigs. Seamiss only responded with that the wig was out for delivery via email and did not refund money or offer any solution or apologize. I already had tracking information which i explained to Seamiss in the email previously. I just needed to know the carrier that would be delivering my wigs to see if about contacting the carrier to get more info on where my wigs were from tracking info. I'm assuming Seamiss did not even know the name of delivery carrier of my wigs since they responded with info I already had access to from tracking number. I knew that it was out for delivery by use of the tracking number. The wig had been out for delivery one full day.No refund from them. False advertisement for the wigs are not true to what you see online. I did not receive the wigs until the next day after seeing that the wigs were out for delivery the previous day online tracking. A waste of money!

The wig I ordered was not what they sent. They did not acknowledge that what I ordered was not what they sent, but replied the wig they sent most customers really appreciated.Neither did they disclose that to return is not in the USA but Changsha City, Hunan Province. The wig I ordered was short ginger, the wig they sent was a long blonde. I only wish I could show the pictures. I feel this is deceptive practices, buyer beware.

this is a total scam, i got a totally different item than what I order, not speaking of the really bad quality.

The mess of a wig I received was nothing like the topper I ordered. I asked for a refund, I agreed to return the item, but shipping back to China would cost more than the value of the item. The refund policy states the customer only pays shipping one time which I did to have the wrong item sent to me. They would not send me a prepaid shipping label to send the mess back to them, so I contacted PayPal and got my money refunded. To be clear what I received was nothing like the item I ordered, and they are not true to their word about the return policy.

I ordered a hair topper advertised with a video describing the topper and showing it being fitted on a lady - it was pretty amazing! Real hair ,highlighted and on a silk base with 4 clips .shoulder length.
The site accepted returns.
The topper which arrived was fake crinkly hair impossible to comb,and jaw length. It was on a thick obvious lace base with 2 clips.
It was really terrible,I didn’t try it on.
The return address was on the package so I was confident of getting my money back .
However I contacted the seller as requested on line and apparently items must be returned tracked to China .i priced this at £16.10 .
I told them this was ridiculous and posted it Royal Mail with proof of postage.
They say they cannot refund without a tracking num 🤷‍♀️
Do Not Use This Site!!!!! The adverts are a scam and bear no resemblance to what you get .
Info about returns is deliberate deception too

I ordered a a pair of shoes from their website and was sent something totally different. Took three weeks to get the order. They smelled awful. No customer service number. Finally received an e-mail how to return. I seriously doubt if I pay to send them back I will get a refund so guess i lost my money

You could give the people what they ordered..I ordered this Natural Curly wig and you send me something I don’t like and want and you took my money, if you did not have the product say so and return the money don’t just take the moneys and give me anytime

I ordered from a picture on their site, my hair is white, the picture/photo was white. I got something like champagn blond, but nowhere near white. When I complained they told me that I could send it back and if it was in perfect condition they would refund my money. I really don't trust that they will do this at all. This is from China, had I known I would not have ordered from them.

What i got- was a curly, and some straight haired mess of a wig. Totally different.
They won't even send a return label for their mistake.
I'd say stay away from ordering seamiss.com wigs.

I ordered 2 hair toppers off this site , the pictures were good realistic and the reviews on the site good , i ordered creamwhite natural hairtopper with bangs $31.68 and straight hair topper , natural realistic hairline , high standard workmanship , platinum blonde 10 inch long , my order date was 23/7/23 , they come today 4/8/23 , well they both look like yellow straw nothing like the photos , they are exactly the same besides me ordering 2 different , and they look like cheap fake nylon hair, so i went to returns on the bottom of email from evri , typed the firm ‘ seamiss ‘ in the bar , it doesn’t recognise the name, there mothing on the seamiss site to process returns besides me having a so called ‘ account ‘ and they have not replied to my emails , so this is a scam , fake cheap scam hair toppers and no way to return to get a refund , i will update if i get a reply , also its located somewhere in china , got emails off evri saying weve recieved youre parcel from Cub 01 whatever that means, this is first time ive been caught out with a scam , ill make sure it will also be my last , dont order anything off this website as the photos are nothing like the cheap nasty stuff you get delivered and there is no way to return for a refund as they just ignore your emails
