I ordered my Seanana Rainbow Windchimes way back in April 2026. I have stayed in constant contact with them as they said my order was being mailed from nearest warehouse to me.
I still have not received it. $44. 86 gone
No email from them. No tracking number found. Now no way to get in touch with them. Heading into June soon. Zero customer service available.

I placed an order April 18th, I received it May 26. My invoice says return window closed on May 10th before I received my order. I ordered the Sea Glass Rainbow Bird Wind Chime. The Bird is made of plastic. The only sea glass is 4 small stones hanging on the bottom. The earrings look like plastic. This company is a complete rip off.

I never receieved my order of 3 angels but was billed on my credit card for them.

I ordered three items and received a notice that it had shipped five days later, despite their claim that items would ship within two days of the order. Three weeks later, I reached out and was told that they were hurrying to get my order shipped. An additional three weeks passed before I received cheap items that look like I bought them at the local dollar store. All three items were not as represented on the website. One was damaged. When I reached out, I was offered $20. The sweet, creative Sea Nana from the beach is not real. It’s a scam. I regret falling for it and strongly recommend avoiding any purchases from this company. Delivery was worse than slow, the product is not as represented and is terribly overpriced for the poor quality.

I never got my product and they stopped responding. I want my money back!

Shop no longer exists! Took 60.00 and ruined my Mother’s Day. Used debit card so no way to recoup. Contacting better business bureau.scam stay away

I placed an order back in January of this year, and it was confirmed by mail. I wanted my Easter order for gifts. When I contacted them, I was told they shipped it and just to check the post office. Please do not waste your time or money on this fake business. It shows a sweet little old lady... give me a break!

Do not order. Complete scam. The ship is horrible not at all the pic. Probably worth 10 bucks. No light included. Everything more smaller than usual.

I placed an order in April and got an order confirmation email but no email about tracking or possible delivery. Then I got an email to review my purchase which I have not yet received. I would like to receive updates on tracking and expected arrival like every other site I’ve ever ordered from please. Thank you. I hope you can get back to me soon.

Took over 30 plus days for my order to arrive. My tracking number always told me NOT FOUND. I ordered 3 birds on driftwood, cost was $30.00. What I finally received was 8 teeny tiny birds on a stick you find in your yard plus 2 of the birds were not in the stick, they had fallen off. I contacted them and I was told I had 2 options. 1. I could keep what I got and they would only credit me 8.00 or send it back and I would have to pay the cost.. I told them I didn’t get what I ordered, why should I have to spend more money to send it back. They continued to tell me I only had those 2 options. This company should not be able to continually rip people off. They are in Tokyo.. They gave me the address to send it back, needless to say I didn’t send the piece of junk back, it’s still sitting in the bag. I’m throughly disgusted I didn’t get what I ordered nor did I get my money back!!!!

I ordered twice and never got my things I purchased. On April 2nd & April 10th. At this time I want my credit card account should be credit for both if not there will be a big problem. Thanks, Martha Garber

Placed a order early April and did not get a response other than order placed for several days. Had asked several times for shipping and delivery info to finally getting a reply that they had no way of knowing when it would be delivered and that came this week after me asking if it would be here for Mother's day. Will not be ordering again.

I just loved the pictures of the little birds sitting on the branch. So I ordered two of the large ones. One for me and one for my bestie. Kept checking the tracking number. The last time I checked the item could not be found. Very disappointed. Emailed the company and by the response it became clear that this was a scam. So I wrote back telling them I was going to dispute the charge. Yesterday I called the credit card company to replace the card with a new number, etc. Today I got an email from Seanana saying I would get a full refund. It’s too bad. I really would have liked to have the one I thought I was ordering. ☹️

I ordered the “Rainbow Gathering” 8 bird “authentic sea glass and driftwood” item from the Seanana.com, aka SeaNana Handcrafted Décor’s facebook advertisement. Check out the advertisement: “ authentic sea glass and driftwood handcrafted with care.” Size of the 8 bird item: allegedly 8-10 inches wide. Pay close attention to the item described as it is pictured, especially in the hands of the kids, and lady preparing it. Looked good! I ordered two! Now picture this. Imagine a just over 4.5 inches wide small diameter wood dowel with 8 tiny pieces of “seaglass”, with little eyes and beaks portrayed, stuck side by side on a bed of caulk. The wired leaves on each end of the “dowel” look nothing like those in the advertisement. Rather, they are a pair of green plastic branches, each with 3 leaves, one branch wired to each end of the dowel. As the company has already heard from me, disappointed doesn’t even cover it! What a scam! 😤👎

I never received my order. Sent several emails and the answer I got was it’s in transit. When you use the tracking number they gave, showed there was nothing in transit

I received my package today-was supposed to be five little sea glass birds sitting on a branch-all birds were floating around package not attached to anything-so disappointed.

It’s an Ai generated scam all over the internet.
I got scammed through Instagram.
Thankfully only 21.00
The product could have been put together by monkeys, not the Ai generated old lady pretending she was handcrafting the sea glass.
100 percent drop ship scam.

I can not give:zero stars. Ordered 2 months ago. Never received items. No response to numerous emails. Total scam. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Scam, scam, scam
