Recently had windows and external doors fitted by Sean Doyle Windows on our new build. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish, including aftercare. We dealt with Jonathan who was absolutely brilliant!

DO NOT BOTHER CALLING THIS COMPANY.
They did come to measure up for a hall door I was looking for. After waiting patiently for a quote ….email sent to me saying it will be a while before they could get around to it. Needless to say nothing happened . I made arrangements to make it easier for them to visit their showroom 72 year old senior citizen going to see them.
As my request for a secure hall door was urgent.
Just received email today letting me know they can’t do the work.

Thanks for nothing Sean Doyle . My search is on again.

Zero customer service. Zero.
I was told 6 weeks to fit out our new build. 14 months later and still have a window that wont shut.
Ben was our sales man, he can sell, but your on your own omce the money goes throu. Ive lost count of how many phone calls ive made, reception are rude on the phone, someone will call you back. No call is coming in can assure you, im shocked at just how bad the service is, 2026 and still they aren't finished are they just ignoring your calls, I wish id read the reviews,

Mostly the products are ok but they will come and fit once and God help you if theres anything wrong because they wont be back.

Excellent company to deal with made my first time build so much easier. Jonathan was an absolute gent to deal with and I couldn’t recommend the company and Jonathan enough for anyone deciding where to get there windows.

We used Sean Doyle Windows for the windows and doors on our new build, and the whole process was completely stress-free. The team were great to deal with, and the finished look has really enhanced the house. Highly recommend

I recently ordered replacement windows and doors for our home. All were delivered and installed within our expected timeframe. We did however have an issue with one of the doors after installation. The repair team were out to us promptly and resolved the issue . Overall we are happy with service we received

Really impressed with the time given to us and the expert advice on making our choices. So much experience in the field and it took so much stress out of it for us. Finished product was exactly what we wanted and we're constantly getting compliments on the door and windows since! Thank you to all the team - would highly recommend!!

They listened to what I wanted and advised accordingly. They provided samples to pick the appropriate colour. They explained the different options and subsequent costs. They came to my house when they said they would and their installation was quick and professional. My house is much warmer. My BER rating has improved which contributes to reducing my mortgage interest rate. My friends and neighbours have complemented the difference it has made, especially the increase in natural light coming through.

What’s the point in giving a 10 guarantee , when you have an issue with the glass units failing they ignore you. Avoid this shower

Extremely happy with windows made and instaled by sean doyles . All windows and doors measured and completed within the deadline. Our rep was very easy to deal with and kept us informed throughout the process. I believe we met at a self build expo and our rep got in touch a couple of months later as promised.
I shopped around gathered a few prices from different local and non local suppliers and i can honestly say the prices were reasonable and quality out matched.
The finished design and workmanship exceeded our expectations. The windows are heavy and well made. We had a large aluminium slide door made for the kitchen its fabulous to look at and works without a hitch. I have received another quotation for my mother's house in the meantime and hope to do further business with them. Happy I made the choice to go with sean doyles . nothing but positive to say

Stay away from this company I got a slider door off them which it now starting to rot it's not on the track probably contact them in February they couldn't find my order. It took until the end of June for them to come out after 100s of calls to have a look at it 2 months later no one has gotten back to me about it. Again after many calls no one can ever answer my calls. Customer service is shocking and rude

This used to be a good company, but not any more. Following on from my earlier review over waiting well over a year for repair work to be done, I was contacted by their rep, and asked to remove my bad review. I said I would once work was done, they called to me in March, and said they would have to call back. Surprise surprise I'm still waiting. There's also 3 windows where the gas has escaped, which I'm still waiting on. That's 19mths I waiting, winter coming again, with more wet and windy whistling through my door. Please keep away and go with a company that looks after their customers, not leave them for nearly 2 years, like me

Overall the windows are lovely but the back door glazing was incorrect. Issue was reported before the door was even fitted. I was told it's an easy fix. 3 months later I'm still waiting. Sent over 50 emails and many phone calls. Someone finally arrived but with the wrong glazing again. Try as a might , I just can't get anyone to respond. Very poor customer service.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel extremely let down by Sean Doyle Windows. I had my back door installed in March, only to discover it opens inward instead of outward — a mistake their own sales representative admitted was due to an internal error. They promised a replacement, but when the installer arrived in April, he couldn’t proceed because the frames hadn’t been correctly prepared.

To make matters worse, I also reported an issue with my front door panel (moisture inside the double glazing), which the installer confirmed was a manufacturing fault that needed replacing. This, too, has not been resolved.

What’s most frustrating is the total lack of communication. I’ve been calling their office for over three weeks, and every time I’m told the service department will call me back — no one ever does. I’m now stuck, unable to reinstall my alarm system due to the incorrect door, and the delay is both costly and stressful.

This level of service is simply unacceptable. I expected better from a company with their reputation, and I hope they take accountability and resolve this soon.

When doing a house renovation, I got quotes from 3 separate companies for windows and doors, Sean Doyle Window were by far the most expensive but my sales rep reassured that their quality was far superior, and I really liked the style of windows and doors they offered so I decided to go with them.

After confirmation and paying the full amount up front (something I hugely regret now) I was given an installation date for everything which I then gave to my builder and works were scheduled around this date - the date came around and I heard nothing, tried to call my rep and couldn’t reach him, eventually he did call me back a few days later saying that date was only ever a very rough date – I’ve no issue with things being delayed but the communication from them as a company is just awful – as other people here have said, once you pay the full amount they don’t answer their phones to you.

When the doors and windows were finally fitted was when the problems really started – the door from the very start was not right, it was catching at the top on the frame and when fully opened the door was getting marked – I called to let them know, at the time it was builders’ holidays so they told me I wouldn’t get a response for two weeks and to call back. A couple of days later that door jammed and wouldn’t open at all, I called again as it was a bit of an emergency now as we couldn’t access our house, this time I was told someone would call me back and they never did. I followed up again a few times and eventually they sent someone out to look at it – since then the door has jammed 5 more times and won’t open and each time I’ve been told a different excuse, the first time it was that it was the way I was standing when unlocking it up until the last time I called in December when it happened again and I was told it was due to the heating being turned on and the door swelling…. It happened again on Saturday and when I called, I was told those type of doors can take two people to open – I’ve now called everyday this week and have also requested a new door as the one installed is clearly faulty and still no one has gotten back to me and we are still not able to open our front door.

To anyone looking into getting windows / doors please go with another supplier and save yourself the stress of dealing with this awful company – one top of it all the staff are all incredibly rude, I’m now looking into legal advice to see if I can get them to replace the door as I really don’t know what else to do at this stage.

The ordering process was easy. Helpful staff.

The windows took twice as long to install as planned.

The windows were of poor quality. The installers didnt mention a the faults though they were mostly very obvious. Gaskets missing or damaged. Scratches all over the hinges handles and frames. Damaged frame. One pain had to be replaced as it was faulty. Quality assurance failed.

Requests for repair were ignored repeatedly. Minor repairs of poor quality were undertaken. New problems arose regularly each technician identified new issues.

It took a solicitors letter to make the company respond and make progress with repairs but still one repair is outstanding and the request has been ignored again.

Hi, I have been trying for a number of weeks just to obtain a quotation. After numerous phone calls and submitting a request for same on the website, it has been proving fruitless. I have also rang both the offices in Roscommon and Tullamore but both phone calls rang out !
