Sean Hennessy Electrical Superstores Reviews

Freezer packed in Thursday night!, bought a new freezer Friday morning at 10am from the website without making any personal contact.
Sean rang me Friday evening at 5pm to tell me he’d have it out to me Saturday morning.
11am Saturday morning Sean dropped off new freezer, took away the old freezer for free and the packaging from the new one! without me asking him to.
Extremely fast & good service and a gentleman!
Would 100% use Sean’s again over the big name retailers, cant beat the personal touch of a smaller business willing to make the extra effort.
First time customer but wont be the last.
Thanks Sean from Tadhg

Easy purchase and speed of delivery. Appliance delivered to kitchen and old one removed. Sean was a star!

Ordered an American fridge 9pm Thursday and arrived in Portlaoise at 11am the next day! Luck of the draw as driver was passing by.
The service received was outstanding and driver was pleasant and helpful.

We have purchased all our kitchen and utility appliances from Sean Hennessy’s in Rathkeale, and the service has been exceptional from start to finish.

Pat was fantastic to deal with — his knowledge, expertise, and willingness to help made the whole process so easy. Delivery was organised brilliantly, with everything arriving onsite exactly as arranged and without any issues.

We have since returned for TVs and additional equipment, and once again Pat provided the same outstanding level of service and advice. His expertise and customer care are second to none.

Our latest TV purchase was selected on Thursday and delivered on Friday. Gary provided a perfect delivery service, keeping us fully informed of timings and ensuring everything went smoothly.

A fantastic local business with excellent staff, great service, and a real commitment to looking after their customers. We would highly recommend Sean Hennessy’s Rathkeale to anyone looking for appliances or electronics

Fantastic customer service was looking for new tv and was unsure of sizes. Rachel M was so so helpful and went through the various sizes and which would suit best for the size of my room. Would highly recommend them and lovely to walk into a store today to such pleasant people.

I ordered a washing machine Monday morning, got a call Tuesday morning at 8.30 to say the machine would be on in forty minutes. Seanie arrived within forty minutes and had the new machine in the house and old machine taken away within 10 minutes. Seanie was very friendly and obliging. Couldn’t have asked for a better service!

Very easily done online, the delivery driver rang and gave me an estimated time he was on the button. Very friendly and helpful phone call to arrange delivery and delivery driver
