DO NOT TRUST
I placed on order via the company website for a granite top table on 9th March. Initially I paid £1050 for the table and £95 delivery via debit card but I was informed there was an additional shipping charge due to my location in Scotland and was refunded this money and asked to pay via a new link via tide weblink on this new link I paid £1050 for table and £275 for delivery.
I made this payment which said it would be via debit card but later found out this was actually a bank transfer which does not have the same protection.

I have had multiple interactions with Nat Ryder regarding trying to arrange delivery. Very nice in communication but not making any progress. He even suggested via text I should arrange my own courier for collection which was the last straw
I have had no delivery 2 months down the line.
I have made numerous calls, 9 text messages and 2 emails to try to arrange delivery.

I searched reviews on google and facebook and found multiple people out of pocket with no refund and items not delivered. I spoke to nat on the phone and said I think I wanted to proceed with full refund and I would check with my husband and let him know the outcome. He did offer to waive the delivery fee for me if I kept the order. My husband and I decided we would prefer to request a full refund as we no longer wished to have interactions with this business and wanted our money back.

The day after I send email and texts requesting full refund (as Nat funnily enough wasn’t answering his phone) I got an email to say he had proceeded to arrange and book a courier and full refund was not possible as the courier had been paid for and he was waiving our delivery fee. I contacted him to say I did not instruct him to book a courier and any funds he has paid for are at his expense and I still wished a FULL refund.

I do not have a full refund and he has never acknowledged my request for this- I am still waiting for the money to come back into my account.

I have reported him to the police. I have reported him as a scam via my bank and I urge you to not buy anything from this man or company.

Awful experience with owner who stopped communicating as soon as he was paid.
We bought a vintage glass topped garden table for £900 10 months ago and they agreed to store it for a few months as part of the sale agreement. Owner "forgot" to put glass top on delivery in April as he was “chatting” to the driver. They charged me to cut umbrella hole in it, told me it had been done then said it hadn't. Has been hard to get to the truth throughout.
11 emails + 20 unanswered texts to try and solve amicably in past 6 months and we still haven’t received what we paid for.
Have had to issue a CCJ against the business to insist they either pay for replacement glass top or fulfil contract by delivering the one they sold it with. A frustrating process and a huge waste of time.
We only speak from personal experience and all facts above are verifiable in writing. We wish we'd received goods before paying and suggest caution as, although the owner comes across v friendly, he has proved to be impossible to deal with in a transactional environment that has to be trust based.
