If I could give no stars I would, took our money then went missing.. AVOID ANY COMPANY RUN BY MAXWELL NOBLE! Search his name on compnies house, he starts a company, leaves customers with nothing, closes down the company, starts sfain, new company name. Seascapes is no longer, think its Precision Construction now..

I am absolutely delighted with the Orangery and service from the fitters. I am totally disgusted with the after sales service. I showed 5 potential customers around the Orangery that all resulted in sales. After 6 months, there was a leak from the roof which was fixed well by the fitters. However Seascape, who agreed to reimburse the £300 redecorating costs have not done so. They do not answer my calls. I therefore have called from a friends mobile and they answered!! All promises to reimburse me have not been fulfilled. Very disappointing and just been strung a list of lies re payments.

Scam artists who change name and address

Totally agree with previous reviews. Do not trust. I only paid £1k deposit when they requested £9k as already on amber flag as wanted deposit paid by card. When requested bank details for internet transfer gave limited company details. Checking on companies house limited company not filed accounts … address changed to companies house - red flag. When challenged the sales man and company director then said wrong details given .., now a partnership.. asked for VAT registration advised turnover not enough to be registered so you quote in excess of £35k for one project and turnover annually is not at VAT threshold… hmmmmm doesn’t feel right. Buyer beware …. Scam … company in trouble. Sharing all the info we have with HMRC and trading standards

I have contacted Seascape on numerous occasions TO REMOVE OUR COMPANY ADDRESS from your website! You are in no way affiliated with our centre. This is a SCAM COMPANY who have defrauded loads of people, stay well away from them. I am telling you again to remove our business address with immediate effect from your website.

Cannot give zero - take your money as a deposit promising dates as a sweetener and then disappear from the face of the earth. Deposit was meant to be the cost of the glass however when they were asked to provide proof (purchase order, receipt) refused saying that they consider this to be commercially confidential info. Start dates come and go with zero communication and phone calls and emails routinely ignored. Will be pursuing them legally. UPDATE - called the business centre that they claim to operate out of and they said this company is a fraud and have been served legal notice saying they cannot use this address. Action Fraud report sent.

Do Not Go Near This 'Company'! It's the same seascape as (seascape conservatories) just a different web address. It's 'Run' by the same person who owes a lot of people money and who operates under a new name every 18 months or so.

NOT A REGISTERED COMPANY, so they are a sole trader who by the letter of the law should be personally financially liable but are never held to account. TERRIBLE PERSON!!
