Great communication to put together a holiday for six people in September this year. Quick quotes, efficient and friendly salesperson who supplied all the information we needed / asked for.

Price was excellent. No problems with the booking, everything went smoothly, flights, transport and hotel.

Whilst you may feel they are being pushy about getting your package booked, it's true to say that prices do change quickly such is the nature of their business model (they are a travel agent working with partners to create your holiday)... obviously the price could go down, but my package did go up a little after I left it a couple of days. Still a great deal though. If you get a great deal, consider booking it without too much delay when you are sure it's right for you and it could save you money.

If you have any worries about your holiday booking - and there are some negative reviews here - I would recommend that you take time to review everything and ask any questions you have in advance to double check EVERYTHING!... Don't just assume and when it's booked make sure you take all your paperwork with you on your holiday.

All of our package paperwork was sent within a day of booking, which was great. Reliable and well known companies supplied our flights and transfers as well which was good and the hotel booking information was clear and had the detail we needed when checking in.

Will definitely use again. I give 4 stars because you don't quite get the service you'd get from a well known high street travel company where you can visit them in store and it's all sorted as a 'package'... but you'll almost certainly pay a lot more that way.

Also, booking with Seasonal Holidays is a little bit more 'complicated'... with your package made up from various agents or suppliers (airline, transfers, hotel) so there's more paperwork and you don't get a holiday rep based at your resort / hotel etc.

Yet to leave for holiday but all booked with the complete package delivered as expected.
Eric and Mike have been great in communication and always come back to you as they say they would.

My daughter booked our holiday and was quoted extra for carry on luggage upgrade from 5kgs to 10kg. I believe that one airline charges for this but we didn't even fly that airline! I will never use this company again. I have written twice to complain and have never had a response.

Booked this city break to Amsterdam through Wowcher, and when I came to redeem the voucher had to pay c70% more to use an airport in the south east. The offer stated these were included as part of the package but the rather insistent representative told me this was not
in the "fine print". Took him at his word and after booking went back to check - to say there was misrepresentation of what was in the offer would do it no justice. The canal trip stated
as part of the package has not been mentioned - despite numerous requests for the relevant details. As for Wowcher they have written to this company 3 times to raise my concerns and have not had their correspondence acknowledged. Requests to them for the relevant complaints procedure have met with total indifference. Now 3 months later and after numerous chase ups of Wowcher they tell me they are simply hosting this company's offerings and are not responsible once the voucher they issue has been redeemed. It's taken them 3 months to give me this travel company's contact details and tell me this. Given the agents failure to reply to them thus far not holding my breath. Have reported this matter to the CAB consumer service, and will see this through with Trading Standards once I have tried to find out how to complain to the Company concerned. from my experience of both thusfar will avoid in future as they seem sublimely unconcerned about selling the consumer short.

After requesting the sharm grand plaza,I recieved confirmation 5 days later,which stated sharm plaza hotel,these are totally different resorts!!!.i rang several times a day for 5 days and just waited for the call back I was promised.seasonal holidays were totally useless and did nothing to amend this.there is no management you can speak to,total let down as this is my honeymoon/family holiday and we're at a different hotel,to say I'm disappointed is understatement.i would never use this company again.

Travelling can often be a big challenging experience what I really felt before going on holiday with my family,but a recent trip to Dalaman - Turkey with Family holiday has proven to be so good.

Initially I was a bit nervous to book with Seasonal Holidays as this was my first experience with them, however did not feel the same when booking with them.

I would strongly recommend this company.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! HOLIDAY FROM HELL!!
My wife and I have just returned from a holiday in Turkey booked with SEASONAL HOLIDAYS. They took our hard earned money but DID NOT make the booking. We were STRANDED IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT and Seasonal Holidays were not even sorry!! We thought the managers Eric or Sean would be able to offer us an upgrade for the remainder of the holiday but they had the cheek to ask us for MORE MONEY!! We have spent £120 on calling them from Turkey and are yet to be reimbursed. HOLIDAY FROM HELL!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH SEASONAL HOLIDAYS!!! D.Fowler
