I am grateful for the amazing journey i went on with the support of Jessica and Julie. I learned and developed in a relative short period of time, i gain confidence and grew from level 0 to someone who can now comfortably hold and record sessions.
The mentors are wonderful, warm, gentle and kind, a true delight to exchange with them. I felt held and supported and that is an amazing gift that a teacher and mentor can offer. They came with constructive feedback given in a gentle positive way, cheered for me and they also game me very good advice when i had to purchase instruments. The book related to the class is also very friendly written and easy to go through and understand. I feel that this program covers everything that needs to be covered to put you on your feet when you decide you want to go on the sound healing journey and you don’t have any experience and need guidance on all the levels.

Where do I even begin? I came into Seasons of Sound not really knowing what to expect, and it turned out to be one of the most meaningful experiences I’ve ever had. This class taught me so much—about sound, about healing, and about myself.
The sound work goes far beyond relaxation. It reaches the soul, the body, and the mind in a way that’s hard to put into words. I carry what I learned with me every single day. It has helped me navigate life, process grief, and move through some very personal seasons with more grace and awareness.
What I love most is that it starts with me first. Through this experience, I’ve learned how to care for myself more deeply, and from that place, I’m able to share and serve others in a more intentional way. These techniques aren’t just something I learned—they’re something I live.
Seasons of Sound is truly a beautiful offering, and I’m deeply grateful for the experience. I loved every part of it.

I completed my Sound Practitioner training held at Soul Strong Yoga with Seasons of Sound in 2024, and it was an exceptional experience. This was not my first course with the Soul Strong community, and it certainly will not be my last.

Julie and Jessica are outstanding instructors—knowledgeable, welcoming, and deeply supportive. They create an environment where students feel completely comfortable, even when learning material that can feel challenging at times. The program is thoughtfully paced, beginning with a clear overview of what to expect and progressing into meaningful, hands-on experience with the instruments. For in-person participants, the training includes a rich historical context, engaging visuals, and physical instruments that students are encouraged to explore. There is also ample time for questions, ensuring everyone feels confident moving forward.

On a personal note, as someone who has navigated lifelong dyslexia, I truly appreciated how accessible and supportive this learning environment was. Julie and Jessica present information in a way that is easy to understand and inclusive of different learning styles, allowing every student to walk away feeling capable and confident.

Since completing the training, I am now hosting sound baths within a local community, and it has been incredibly rewarding to share this practice with others. I am deeply grateful for the guidance, care, and expertise provided through this program and highly recommend it to anyone interested in sound practitioner training.

I took the sounds training last year, and absolutely loved it. Julie and Jessica are insightful, curious, and kind instructors. The course they do helps you find confidence with the tools while being fun. I absolutely loved the training and look forward to more offerings in the future.

I attended a sound bath and meditation mini-retreat last year with Julie and Jessica that was just what I needed to say goodbye to the past 12 months and prepare for next 12. As always, the ladies took the class through a beautiful meditation and a very loving, comforting sound bath, leaving me feeling refreshed and completely relaxed.

As a non-musician, sound healing felt very intimidating. But having experienced a sound event hosted by Jessica and Julie, I knew I had to take the training.
