Seatsy Reviews

Disappointing match result last night but not the service from seatsy.com

Having failed to secure any tickets for the Champions League Final through the Arsenal ballot, despite being a longtime season ticket holder, seatsy.com provided me with 4 tickets, all together, to travel with my family.

Easy to deal with, great personal service and perfect seats.

Great service from the whole team. Always available with clear and direct messaging and advice.
Will definitely use and recommend seatsy again, very trustworthy 👍

Tom seems to care a lot about outcomes of the tickets he organises, in this case a trip to the tennis at Roland Garros. We had a few issues with the late arrival of the tickets, but Tom dealt with this in a professional and helpful manner. The day went well and we saw some great tennis.

First time booking tickets through Seatsy. Booked tickets for me and my son to see Aston Villa in the Europa League final in Istanbul. Unforgettable experience. Tom and his team did a great job in talking us through the ticket process and keeping us informed at every stage. Will definitely use again!

I have gone through Seatsy 2 times now for; Europa league final and Man City Aston Villa. The support is fantastic, quick and answer all questions. Will be using them a lot in the future and would recommend!

10/10 - made the process so easy and gave us the best day of our lives

We had a great experience working with Seatsy & Tom. They sorted us out with great hospitality tickets for Manchester United vs Aston Villa. Really easy to deal with, very professional and friendly, highly recommended working with them as a trusted partner for sporting events.

What a day and great seats too. Big thanks to Tom for sorting us Paddington tickets where it seemed almost impossible.

Also, managing to get us Man City tickets for the last game of the season.. Great service!

A group of 10 of us headed to the south of France for my stag do. We attended the Bayonne v Bordeaux Top 14 game.

Tom was able to secure us great seats and accommodated for two members of the party who had accessibility requirements.

Several locals were jealous that we had managed to get hold of tickets that were very sought after.

Would highly reccomend Seatsy for securing tickets for any sporting bucket list trips you might have.

Airport pick up seamless. Check in at Fairmont again faultless. Details of viewing venues clear and concise. Return pick up and drop off again perfect!
Well done Tom and Staff!

Great seats for reasonable pricing. No hidden costs. Big Day Out at Cardiff Principality to watch Bristol Bears v Harlequin rugby match.

Typically when you are ordering 40+ tickets you end up in the heavens right between the posts, however we had great seats, very close to pitchside for a superb price.

Wonderful hospitality, food and overall great time staying at this place for the weekend :)

The whole experience was very seemless and easy to organise and Tom was as always very professional

Tom and the whole Seatsy team made magic for me and my girls with Benson Boone and Katy Perry concert tickets back in December in Abu Dhabi. Very professional, super responsive and joy to deal with. 100/10.

The trip to Castres to watch Bath Rugby was well organised and extremely well communicated. All transfers worked well. Good central hotel. So an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Traveled on a 5 day supporters group rugby trip and was very impressed with the overall organisation.
Before travelling I wanted to amend my booking which was sorted for me, and we were met at the airport where all details were confirmed.
The chosen hotel and coach company were both brilliant - nothing was too much trouble, and when an unforeseen issue occurred with the coach, both Tom and the coach driver just got on and sorted everything out.
Nothing was too much trouble for Tom and the whole trip just felt easy and seamless.

What an experience from start to finish, professional, friendly and never fail in hooking us up with last minute tickets. Concerts, football matches - one to watch Chelsea and made our 5 year olds dream come true as we watched the players come off the bus. Will not use anyone else for tickets to events going forward, and a special shout out to Tom Giles

Excellent Bath Rugby Supporters trip to Castres.. Everything went smoothly, flights, coach transfers, hotel and match tickets. Tom was on hand all weekend to answer any questions and to sort out any issues.
Thoroughly enjoyable, hassle free trip. Looking forward to the next one.🔵⚫⚪

Amazing pitch side seats, loved seeing a Man Utd legend Lee Martin in the hospitality area and the street food was good.
