The glaze SP-15 Turquoise
The glaze SP-15 Turquoise arrived several days after ordering it by phone. I applied three heavy coats to two tumblers in dark chocolate clay. Love the results! There are more colors that interest me and will end up in my glaze kitchen.

I've always received good customer care from Seattle pottery supply. When I asked questions I actually get a reply. When I make a order, it arrives on time.

I like all that Seattle Pottery Supply… but
I like all that Seattle Pottery Supply has to offer in their online store. However, I ordered some Fire Clay and had it shipped to my home in Idaho. Shipping was double the cost of the Fire Clay. When I placed the order it indicated 1-2 day shipping, at the time I thought it was worth the price. The order ended up taking 4 business days to ship so I had the order recalled because I needed it in 2 days. The amount for clay was refunded but I was charged the full price for shipping. It would have been really nice if Seattle Pottery Supply split the shipping cost with me because it took longer than indicted on their website and was double the cost of the product. That is a lot out of pocket. I received nothing for the $60 I spent:/ Even a store credit for $30 would have been better than nothing.
