The problem was identified immediately and a troubleshooting guide was emailed over which solved my problem.
This interaction really stood out in a time where so many other companies have poor customer service, and this has definitely solidified my decision to purchase further Sebo products in the future.

I’ve owned the same an upright Sebo for 20 years. It’s still full of life (after a couple of services) and has made short work of any vacuuming task that I’ve asked of it. I occasionally clean for others - but always insist on taking my Sebo as the onboard tools which are super-quick to change and the great suction, efficiency and simple operation seem unbeatable. I’ve done a fair amount of cleaning (albeit with other kit) in the past … the sole cleaner of a small manor house and 5 cottages. I’d happily do it with this cleaner. Wouldn’t be without it (or its extra hose and various brushes purchased in addition to the ones supplied).
Dreadful
Dreadful! This company’s customer service has gone downhill. Patronising and rude staff asking ridiculous questions about my ability to hoover when the product is crap. I have had Sebo hoovers all my love and have been great. The company then decides to make a stick hoover….dont buy it! The design fault is my fault! I won’t be buying their products ever again or speaking to the rude staff.
Hiding behind procedures…just won’t do when your product is a bad design and you blame the customer for that.

AMAZING machine DEFINITELY GO FOR SEBO
AMAZING machine! I ordered Sebo Airbelt D2 komfort and have been using it for 6 months every single day. Before I had the other famous German brand but was not happy with the quality and the bag prices. For that reason opted out for Sebo after intense research. I am very glad that I did so! SEBO built quality is very high and the bag prices very affordable. Have been rocking this vacuum every day and not even a single scratch on it.
Now looking to buy Sebo Felox to replace my hand held cordless vacuum. Yes, Felix is corded but due to being upright it will be more easy to use it every single day around the house and for more deep cleanings I will pull out my Airbelt D2.
DEFINITELY GO FOR IT!

Sebo X7 Automatic cleans well but costly
I went back to Sebo as, although expensive, I had always had good experiences with their cleaners. After a lot of research I went for the X7 automatic. It does clean well but the maintenance is not only time consuming but costly. I have long hair and this has to be removed after each clean and after a while this action started removing bristles from the roller, which eventually had to be replaced. Stairs are awkward as the length of the hose attachment is fixed so there is a balancing act to be done for most of the steps. Filters and bags have to be purchased regularly.

POOR POWER
It has very little power or capability to vacuum compared to my 8 yr old Dyson that I gave away when I bought then Sebo Automatic X7 e-power (e for exaggerated!).

Fantastic customer service from SEBO. Emmanuel was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions.
Thanks to his advice, I ordered the E3 Premium (Pastel Blue), which is arriving today, and I feel very confident it’s the right choice. Great support from start to finish — really reassuring and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Great guarantee experience
We are on our third Sebo vacuum machine. The first two performed immaculately year on year (the second gifted to our son after over 10 years and it's still going strong). Our newest model - a E 3 premium boost - developed a fault after two years. One phone call and the machine was collected the next day and returned repaired and fully functioning 5 days later. Impressive!

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. Purchased an air belt E in June 2023. It's not used everyday, only used for domestic use. Store it in a cupboard under the stairs. When I came to use it again I noticed a pile of small black pieces on the floor. Upon further inspection I noticed there was a hole in the material bumper and the foam bumper underneath has a large hole in it where It has disintegrated (that explains the black pile of pieces on the floor!). Rang Sebo and sent pictures as advised. I was accused of mishandling the machine, asked if it was used in a professional capacity. Apparently they have never heard of this happening before. They can collect for inspection but if it is deemed that it's due to my handling (what do you use a vacuum for other than vacuuming?) then I'll be charged. Apparently the material bumper and foam bumper can be replaced but they want to charge me £39 for each part! If I'd know the vacuum was surrounded by foam I'd have thought twice about buying it.

At last a machine I can rely on.
I think I have bought every make of hoover through the years and sadly all ended up in the bin after developing faults. None lasted 3 to 4 years, some when I tried to get them fixed was going to be so expensive I didn't bother. So researched and found Sebo a name I had never heard of. Reviews looked good yes the price was up at the Dyson, Shark level but I had bought them before. My machine came a lovely pale pink, a bit different but looked good. Suction was good weight was okay for someone with arthritis. Bag was easy to change and blockages due more to my fault than the machines were easily fixed without tools. Five years down the line it started making a noise so okay was still in warranty. Phoned Sebo up said I was sure it was the motor, the lady I spoke to thought otherwise so she asked me to do 2 things ie remove end cover of brush and brush put machine on and yep no noise. 2 days later new end piece and new roller at no charge arrived 8n the post. My lovely machine is back in order and I hope to have it for many many more years. Thanks Sebo.

Customer Service
I phoned Sebo a month or so ago looking for a new vacuum cleaner. I was particularly looking for an upright but could not decide which was the better one to purchase. I spoke to Debs who was very helpful. She talked me through the differences for an X7 which helped immensely.
I did a little bit more research myself for pricing and decided to order an X7 Pastel Blue as it was such a good offer.
Excellent Customer Service from start to finish. Would not hesitate in recommending to friends.

Sebo are a quality brand with amazing aftercare!
Sebo are a quality brand and their customer service and aftercare are number one. I have have purchased two vacuum cleaners in fifteen years: D1 and K1 comfort. I only purchased the second cleaner for ease of use on a top floor, however, the D1 continues to clean as it did on day, it is testament to the quality and durability of the brand. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase this cleaner again
(if I had to, the years are passing by now and they seems to last forever) and highly recommend to other.

vacuum cleaner is very good (I bought airbelt e1), one thing that stands out with this company is repairability, they offer so many replacement parts in case something goes wrong so you don't have to buy new vacuums. Big thumbs up :). Had the vacuum for over a year now, no issues there.

Almost unmanageable
I spoke with customer service before buying the Sebo. I needed a powerful vacuum as I have Newfoundland dogs, for those who don’t know they are large(70kg) and hairy. I was advised that the D4 was best for my needs. It’s very heavy, my wife cannot use it but I mainly do the cleaning. It flips over very easily and the hose only rotates in one direction so kinks repeatedly. I regret spending hundreds of pounds on this. I had Miele before this and I’d advise if you need a good manageable cleaner for pets look carefully before Sebo.

Brilliant service
My 14 year old Sebo Vacuum Cleaner started to make a whistling noise. Rang Sebo to ask if there was a repair agent in my area. Debs advised me that there were small things to try before needing a professional repair and that I would be contacted by someone from that Department. Babs rang back almost immediately and her advice was spot on. The purchase of a new seal has solved the problem. Brilliant service
