Sorry I'm so late reviewing this. Amazing company. Amazing product (bought a table top dishwasher). Highly recommend this company!

Fantastic communication throughout the process - I was in the middle of moving between provinces and juggling a flexible move in date. Secondshop helped make sure I had appliances shortly after I moved in.

The Refrigerator I ordered was exactly as advertised and had a very good discount

I have purchased a fridge and stove. It took 3 weeks to deliver at Vancouver because of distance. They deliver and install. And I request delivery guys to put my old fridge to garage and they did it.

Andrew was extremely help answering my questions regarding model selections and the buying process. This is our first purchase with second shop, and we did it online so we have been a bit hesitant.

Looking forward to getting our appliance!

J,ai appelê le lendemain pour le signifier et fourni des photos et les documents de transport
J,ai décidé de le garder suite à la compensation qui m,a été offert. Rien n,affectait le bon fonctionnement du frigidaire.
Je salue le très bon service qui m,a été donné avant et après cet incident ,et La rapidité et la gentillesse la communication pour conclure le désagrément. Mon entourage et mes amis ont pris note de mon premier achat et seront sûrement des prochains clients.

Customer service is top notch!! Questions, issues are promptly responded to. Pickup location is easily accessible, item identified by order number is quickly found and brought to vehicle. Very polite staff.

A gamechanger in terms of appliance deals. Keep in mind they do not always have multiple units of the same particular model of appliance in stock, so replacements for any reason( like damages) may be challenging. Also keep in mind most sales are considered final, so not a lot of room to return item if you change your mind. With that said their customer service is extremely supportive and readily available to help with any issues purchase related issue.

Purchasing and delivery of a second-market dishwasher was incredibly easy and smooth. The ordering process was straightforward, the customer service was professional and responsive, and the delivery and notification service were excellent.
Everything went seamlessly from start to finish. The dishwasher arrived in perfect condition, works flawlessly, and looks great. I am very satisfied with both the product and the overall service.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. A truly great experience overall!

Joe was helpful and very friendly, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing overall. We were told the unit we purchased had no dents or damage on the front, but once we got it home we noticed there were in fact dents. It was clear the store was already aware of them, as there were pieces of tape placed right beside the damaged areas. When we asked to exchange it for a unit without dents, they agreed, but only if we transported it back and picked up the replacement ourselves. In the end we decided to keep the damaged unit because of the inconvenience factor of transporting a fridge. The situation felt misleading and left a bad impression.

If i could give them more than 5, i would do it. While any appliance store can sell appliances, this store went well above & beyond to ensure that they stood behind the product they sold - even when the so called luxury brand Jenn-Air failed to help me out, this company made sure the product met our expectation and even covered the cost of installation to ensure my satisfaction. Not only installation once, but twice and at the second time even within a short time window of 2 hours to ensure my dishwasher was fully functioning before a big festive dinner we had that evening.
The experience was overall awesome, right from start with Joe from sales helping me educate about the product and ensure all the products we purchased were properly price matched, and then from Sue & Alaa who ensure very diligent follow-up and service.
Inspite of issues with product we purchased (not Secondshop.ca fault) but rather the manufacturer Jenn-Air, the experience could not have been more awesome with knowing someone was there with you every step of the way.

PS - I work in private banking and we have extremely extremely high service standard levels & NPS, but Secondshop.ca clearly surpassed those as well.
