Very disappointing experience.

I placed my order on 27/04/2026 and paid in advance. I was told that delivery would take around 15 days, but more than 37 days have passed and I still have not received my order.

The tracking information has not been updated since 30/04/2026, meaning there has been no progress for over 34 days. Despite contacting customer service, I have not received a clear explanation, a solution, or a refund.

I paid for a product that I never received. This level of delay, lack of communication, and failure to refund customers is unacceptable.

I do not recommend this company and advise others to be careful before placing an order.

Places my order on the 17 April , not a single update on their tracking page and not a single clear answer from their customer service but ya shipment takes 15 days without weekend
We are 14 May they came back saying phone was missing and I have to wait another 14 days ! Why only god knows

I purchased a Secretreza Pro 3 device. It failed in week 5 (manufacturing defect). The company has been stalling for 2 months, refusing a refund, and demanding impossible evidence (10 videos of a non-working device). This is a violation of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding faulty products
