I'm beyond disappointed, frustrated, and angry with Bags. The idea is great but the execution is terrible. Here is my story.
I met with a Bags salesperson in a Zoom where he told me the benefits. Essentially, the same promises as every other bookkeeping service, until he said that my annual tax filing was included. That got my attention and was the ultimate factor that made me sign up for the service.
After the service began, I started getting Bags email advertising about tax service in addition to bookkeeping. I immediately sent follow up emails saying why am I getting this because I already have this service.
All emails to your so-called team go to one email but when they email you it seems like it's coming from a particular person. They take forever to respond and it's always the runaround.
In a Zoom meeting about bookkeeping I brought it up again. Crickets! Let me check and get back to you or have some one reach out. I said let's get the salesperson involved, no response.
I sent an email saying hey, why isn't my team recommending that we file an extension because it's almost mid-March- no answer. Let me check.
Now, its April 1st, flat out its not included and they're asking me if I filed the extension. Wait! What? I'm irate. I don't even like the bookkeeping service you're providing me. It's slow. The online system is clunky and disorganized. My bookkeeper keeps asking me for docs I already uploaded and questions I already answered, but I was willing to deal with all of that until this. I'm so done!
Shutdown, no refunds, no communication.

Had 3 ongoing challenges with them.
My account got frozen yesterday morning. Said wrong user name / password. Raised a ticket with them. No response for a day.
Today morning when i woke, got an email from them saying "Secure The Bag has temporarily ceased all operations, including new purchases, effective immediately. This means all STB related services have been terminated effective immediately."
I have lodged 3 separate tickets for refunds from 3 ongoing challenges. While i wait on them, going to raise a dispute with bank.
Update:Bank has only given me 1k back. Will need to raise a case with consumers affairs to see if i can get the remaining amount back. Anyone had any luck with this ?

Tried to log in to my funded account to take a trade, turns out they halted operations. What a joke of a company. It

This firm has close it doors shut and has rugpulled all of its traders I passed my account and all of the sudden just like the funded trader operations have been halted .
Also turns out same owner of TFT is the same as STB
Rugpull/scam
They rugpulled us after assuring the ywill continue their services. I have multiuple funded accounts on them on February alone and 100k account ready to be traded but they closed operations. I will be disputing this in my bank.
Do not like the DX Trade platform
Do not like the DX Trade platform. Buggy, has issues. Charts are not fluid. Had I known that DX Trade was just a revised version of MetaQuotes, I never would've purchased an account. Tradelocker is way better. I will be using a different prop firm.

I just sign up wit STB yesterday and the customer service was amazing answered my questions in mins very helpful , and i got my credentials in mins after payin 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 other than Blue Guardian and topstep customer service they suck 👎🏾
"rest assured" your time will be wasted tremendously
My recent experience with this prop firm has been "Rest assured it will be taken care of." only for nothing to be taken care of for days. Also, it has been "We are looking into it and will update soon. Please stay tuned!" only to not be updated at all and have to reach out to their so-called under 2 minutes customer service and wait for hours and days to even get a response.
Mind you, the response I get after waiting all these hours doesn't even provide a solution to my request but rather pushes my problem back down the customer service pipeline to be answered again (vaguely) by another representative the day after.
This used to be a great prop firm but if you are considering buying their products I'd recommend waiting for at least 3 to 6 months in the hopes that they will fix their culture, platforms, customer service, direction, and leadership, to name a few.
Not trustworthy
Eve since the migration switch to DXtrade, it’s literally been an excuse everyday. They say that they will give me the credentials and then everyday it’s something along the lines of “sorry, it’s has t occurred today as originally planned”…
Slow support
Everything is taking too long, I need my credentials now. Live support told me I’ll have it from March 5, 6am to March 5, 5pm to March 6, 6pm to March 7, 5pm and still no credentials.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! they wont process payouts and then give a fake excuse. This company has gone down hill since Swaggy C left them. Avoid at all costs!

Not happy with the customer service
Not happy with the customer service. I randomly got a message from the 'Risk' department who terminated my account for KYC/AML violations. I have sent them a couple of emails now to query what exactly these violations are and they have failed to provide a response.

Honest review
This company is money hungry and will stop you out for no reason and I’d also like to add on that they do changes without alerting users we used to be able to place small stop losses preferably 30pips but now I’m forced to place my stop loss at 50pips that by itself is just bad risk management like if they were encouraging users to gamble in order to keep the initial cost for the challenge.
