happy apart from delivery situation
From the moment my call is received the staff are friendly helpful and full of advice repeat ordering is never an issue and if my gp is slow in sending prescription they chase it up i have my product cut to fit because that saves time when you plan to go out and do things for the day and they are always a perfect fit the delivery is pretty quick but sent in large plastic wrap i would prefer a box because every delivery their is a box damaged and squashed this is not the company fault this comes down to delivery service

Very professional …

Great staff to talk to over the phone
Great staff to talk to over the phone, always polite and respectful, they have great advice and some useful tips and have a good knowledge of alternative products, delivery if more often than not a long process, a lot of the time it's the doctors slow response in authorising the prescription, either way it is the slowest part of ordering, at least for me anyway.

Genuinely seem to care
Securicare have been reliable in theor deliveries of my medical necessities, but more importantly IMHO genuinely seem to care about the welfare of the people they serve - very much a contrast to other similar providers.

Delivery very slow
You ask a question and realise over time you will get six different
Answers from different staff when all susposed to have same training.
Certain ones very rood and make you feel like your not worthy.
Very upset frustrated and dissapointed all round.
