Staff always friendly and helpful. Had to change GPs practice recently and had problems with prescriptions, which you don't need when having to order regularly. Securicare keep me informed if prescription is slow in being returned and keep on to ensure delivery asap. Always very helpful on phone.

In the hospital I was told that there was no way I could increase my order or make any adjustments. This turned out to be false. I was getting through a months supply in under 2 days, I was at my wits end, I'd spent all my savings buying dressings because the district nurses didn't have any dressings. I had a reversal which failed, they immediately re instated my order and went through my requirements which changed dramatically. I was given some supportive underwear, I asked for larger size, unfortunately they're still too small. I contacted Securicare who told me to contact the person who visited me. The staff are friendly, practical, helpful, understanding. no nonsense, no judging, just being practical and helpful as well as being sympathetic and empathetic

Securicare staff are really very helpful nothing is a problem to them i put my order in so keep on doing what you are doing but if I need extra or any questions they are willing to listen they are great

My delivery was made to my home as usual but, most regretfully, the order was stolen from my doorstep.

SecuriCare was most helpful and efficient and quickly delivered a duplicate order for which I was grateful and greatly appreciated.

Easy ordering speaking to helpful staff. Delivery mostly perfect except in my case 2 exceptions made by different drivers in the small delivery area. Large deliveries by huge vans always so far perfect.
