For me personally, as a startup founder, and for my startup, the experience was extremely disappointing. Instead of providing real support, guidance, or value, the platform offered little help. In my opinion, their process and lack of involvement can actually hurt startups more than help them. This was far from what I expected from a platform positioned as startup-friendly.

Good experience. I made several investments. They are passionate and they know the business.

Later update: they contacted me and explained me what happened and why the transaction did no go through. They apologised for the lack of proper communication and they refunded me the money.

Initial comment: Very bad experience so far. I made my first investment almost half a year ago on the secondary market. Nothing has happened since then, my investment has not been processed and while initially they said that it will happen soon, now they are not answering to any of my emails or calls.

As a collaborator and an active investor, I’ve been close to SeedBlink over the past few years and have seen how they operate both internally and externally.

They have a solid foundation, communicate clearly each time, and, from my experience, have no unanswered questions over all these years, even though the nature of the industry gave everyone problems and unique use cases.

The Nominee structure they use is a strong alternative to traditional SPVs and makes investing and raising capital across Europe significantly easier (especially from a tax perspective, I would say).

SeedBlink is one of the few players in the fundraising/syndicates space that goes beyond one-time deals, offering tools for portfolio and equity management, secondaries, etc., at a more accessible price point than larger providers. They are one of the few platforms in our region I genuinely feel confident investing through.

Utterly unprofessional. SeedBlink had no idea what the scenario would be after the lock-up period that is required post IPO. This results in a forced sale at a price level far below IPO. The fees SB charges are high and the quality just doesn't match that. Never again, learn from my mistake

Don't know how they got my email address. At the best this is spam.

I just received a scam email from them. I have never had any dealings with them before so I assume they got my email address in some inappropriate way.

I have started with SeedBlink since their very first financing round and the experience has been consistently great. From the manual processes at the beginning to the seamless automation nowadays one thing remained constant: the care for each investor, regardless how big or small. It’s a pleasure to interact with them every time and witness a steady culture of growth. I’m really happy to witness the journey of such a company in Eastern Europe.

It’s been one year now full of positive experiences with Seedblink in both WHAT and HOW. Happy of having found the one-stop platform that releive all the burdens by structuring and pre-select valuable transactions. In terms of handling, the platform is intuitive to use, straight through processing front-to-back, transparent in every respect and very responsive accross all services.
On top, part of the enrichment, it offers various courses like Tech Investors Academy, in depth sessions for investors and selected topics covering the entire value chain.
If I was to imagine a perfect platform, this would be it!
