I found the zoom session to be very easy to follow. I am not computer savvy at all but did the session no probs.
The only problem i am having now is my recordings sometimes cut off midway through and i have to go out and come back in to get it going again.

Thanks for your review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your online zoom session.
Google drive recordings require you to have a certain amount of free space available on your device. If your recordings are stopping mid-way through, this usually indicates a space issue.
Try freeing up some space and your recordings will no-doubt resume playing normally again.

Well first would like to Thank Rochelle for the opportunity to jump on the last refresher course on Sunday 16th April.
I was totally relaxed feel I got so much more this time than last time. Which is showing on the scales for me 2.2 kg down. Love the fact you have invited me to the exercise one which I really needed.

Great online experience…
I felt apprehensive doing the session online, rather than in person, but it was amazing. Being able to relax in my own space, felt like I was in a better state to listen and I felt like Rochelle was right there with me. The daily recordings are easy to listen too and help keep me on track.

Rochelle is amazing
Rochelle is amazing, I felt totally wrapped around in my session. I am making powerful habits and feeling better each week. The support network is also fantastic and the retightening recordings are a blessing and they definitely get you back on track if you happen to slide off. So professional and supportive highly recommend!

Communication Style
I found the communication really good as the emails told me what to expect and when. I also like the tone of Rochelle's voice and her choice of wording as it's very easy to listen and relax to it.

Rochelle is amazing!
Rochelle is amazing! She makes you feel comfortable straight away. I had success with hypnotherapy three years ago. I managed to lose 30kgs and keep most of it off. I felt like I needed a reset as a few cravings and bad habits had crept back. I had a session with Rochelle and I’m so happy to say that I’m back in control. Thank you.

Such an absolutely beautiful…
Such an absolutely beautiful experience!
Having a session with Rochelle to boost my confidence has made a world of difference already.
Releasing the weight, years of pain and the burden attached to it all has been incredibly healing.
